I was very frustrated how after the seed phrase in the latch doesn't go in fully and is flush but I noticed the same thing happens in this demo... I think the measurements should have been checked more carefully..

Does anybody AGREE with me or am I the only person with this opinion???? It's a great idea and all, but you should've made the capsule bigger so that you could actually put the entire words on it and not just 4 letters. I mean if I'm spending this amount of money for a security capsule, I would rather have it a bit bigger and put the entire words on there, just for the pure fact that you could mistake the 4 letters for another word if you did lose the paper seed. I would buy this, but until you guys do decide to fix and let us add the entire words, then sorry, I'm not gonna get it.

Anyway, divide the 24 words into 3, give them to 3 relatives or safe friends, because you need to protect the core 24 words from thieves, fraudsters and the Police. If I travel internationally by car, border Police 99% always searches my car and pocket, valuables and The police are looking for drugs in the car. These 24 words are still dangerous if they fall into the hands of the police

Makes more sense to set up the capsule before answering the seed questions and then read the answers directly from the capsule. Otherwise you run the risk of incorrectly setting up the capsule.

How do you restore the 2 of 3 multisig accounts using the 3rd offline backup (non blockstream server badckup or 2fa?). And say i did have access to 2fa, do you just enter the main seed word backup in the device and you can log in to access 2fa? I read somewhere that you need the xpub or the offline 3rd seed phrase backup is useless. What is the process to restore using those 2 backups and xpub?

Is there a way to generate a new seed phrase to replace the one that's been in use for a while?

I have read the comments below, and agree with most who say they feel it is a shaky way to store a seed phrase. Although the system may *in fact* be almost disaster-proof, Crytosteel should also realize/consider the psychological aspect here. If a user doesn't "feel" it is a solid storage system, that counts a lot, it's very significant to the user. So personally, I am choosing another system that doesn't create any uneasiness for me.

4 letters are enough? i am confused if i have a seed phrase with more letters in a pass word what happens?

Please do not buy this product. The entire set up and usuage of this product is extremely frustrating from start to finish.the pieces are too too small. Reading a 24 seed phrase is virtually impossible because there is no reading room to move the letters to read them. I am very disappointed in this product and the makers should have done bettet than this. I bought this a year ago with my ledger and I'm just now setting up. The ledger is great but this is a TERRIBLE product. I want my money back if I can't get it back I will just have to throw it away. THIS PRODUCT IS THAT FRUSTRATING AND A WASTE OF 100 BUCKS. Having a 24 seed phrase DOESN'T give you that much room to read the letters like it is displayed on the video

to read all words if you need to recover you wallet you have to put of each letter one by one of rod and when you do that it makes it easy to lost all words - then you are DONE! ha! ha!

Sad thing is if something happens to you, your family will never get that money...
