It would have been done midday when it's slammed with traffic for terror. The thing is with bmore no one needs to terrorize it. Traffic is terrible already, roads are all falling apart, sure there's some great folks out that way but there's far more scumbags, drug addicts, and sociopaths walking the streets daily. If I were a terrorist I'd just leave that city alone it's been destroying itself for years. Only guess I'd venture for on purpose is paid off boat engineers combined with local politicians and mdot working together to get a massive bridge building deal in the works to use some of that money they were handed during covid. Gives justification to grease a lot of govt pockets with kickbacks as I'm sure there was some contingency where if the cities didn't find a reason to use the money after x amount of years it goes back into the fed 🤔 But either way I'm going with unfortunate accident for now I may reassess later depending on how outrageous the new building costs are listed.
I really feel bad for the whole community and everyone in that area. They are saying the ports shut down and cargo shops cant get anything in there... What a disaster.
