I love Civil Aircrafts - MSFS2020
Hughes XF-11 at Spaceport America - Thrill and Chill with two 28 Cylinder Engines and 4 Prop´s
Thank´s to Flying Fries for giving us the opportunity to fly this great aircraft. As a fan of Howard Hughes, I've designed a livery in my fleet design, because I'm certain Hughes would have wanted to see his aircraft flying again and more than once. In this video, i took it freshly new painted to it´s first flight. In reality, Hughes himself piloted the X-11 on its maiden flight, which unfortunately ended in a crash, leaving him badly injured and requiring a long recovery.
On another note, @Flying Fries has created a fantastic add-on for the flight simulator. The model is excellent, and flying this fast machine is a lot of fun.
As always, I've added a bit of music at the beginning and end of the video. For me, this flight is once again a relaxing experience with some agile maneuvers. Und warum zum Heinz, wird sowas nicht viel öfter in den Städten gebaut? Irgendwelche Experimente mit Batterie Bussen werden Finanziert, aber wirklichen Fortschritt (Transrapid, Schwebebahnen) werden nicht gebaut. Nur Versuchsobjekte.

das ist gut, eine prima lösung/ erinnert mich an die trans rapid die beendet und verkauft wurde bevor sie richtig eingesetzt wurde und erinnert mich an die kabinen- taxis von mbb/ unter f.j. strauß die auch aufgegeben wurden, trotzdem sie funktionierten. ist einfach unbe- greiflich, wie inovationen politisch, ideologisch bgewürgt werden

Um ehrlich zu sein wusste ich schon als Junger Bub von der Existenz dieser H-Bahn. Nur irgendwie bin ich in 38 Jahren nie dazu gekommen mal ne Runde mit der Klapperkiste zu fahren.. Und ob ich dies je tuen werde, steht auch in den Sternen.. Ganz in gegensatz zu der Sky-Train in D-Dorf, welche ich quasi seit der Fertigstellung im Jahre 1996 kenne, und seit dem oft mit Fahre bzw. Gefahren bin. Denn mir gefällt allein die Lage der H-Bahn nicht besonders.. Universitäten waren nie Interessant für mich, weil ich ein geborener Anti-Streber bin, und Allergisch auf Klugscheißerei reagiere.. (Ironie aus) Dazu gesagt war Dortmund nie eine Vorzeige-Stadt für mich.. Alles wirkt so Voll, und die meisten Leute sind auf Drogen bzw. Asozial.. Dann das Terrain, wo die Bahn entlang fährt.. Überall Bäume, Schreucher, Gestrüpp, und Wiesen.. Die auch schon sehr lange kein Garten- und Landschaftsgärtner mehr gesehen haben.. Wirklich nichts fürs Auge.. Dagegen ist die Sky-Train in Düsseldorf am Airport gleich mindestens Dreifach so interessant für mich, weil das Teil erstens, Betriebszeitenmäßig fast nahezu Ungebunden ist und Täglich zwischen 3.45 und 0.45 Uhr eine Schnelle Direkt-Verbindung vom Flughafen-Bahnhof, wo qusi alles an Zügen fährt was Räder hat, zu den Terminals im Flughafen bietet. Zweitens, bietet die Sky-Train mir ein wesentlich gepflegteres Terrain, auch wenn kaum Natur zu sehen ist, was ich aber aufgrund des Flughafens nicht als mangel bewerten kann. Und drittens, wird mir hier in D-Dorf durch die Hangers und Start- und Landebahnen, worauf man von der Sky-Train teils freie Sicht hat, eine wesentlich interessantere umgebung geboten, als bei dieser H-Bahn in Dortmund!.. Zusätzlich könnte man noch erwähnen das die Bahn in D-Dorf deutlich Neuer/Moderner ist, wogegen die Bahn in Dortmund mal ein "Facelifting" nötig hätte. Wenn ich mich nicht irre, fahren die Teile seit Inbetriebnahme in den 90ern, und wurden seit dem nie Modernisiert.. Wobei mich das Persönlich eher weniger stört, weil ich grundsetzlich dem Motto: "Hauptsache sie Fährt und ist Sicher" Folge. Daher ist dieser Punkt wohl eher Ansichtssache. Der einzige Nachteil an der Sky-Train in D-Dorf ist, daß man die Fahrt Tagsüber kaum genießen kann, weil das Teil mit den ganzen Fahrgästen nur so überquillt.. Was aber zugegebenermaßen wohl beide Bahnen betrifft. Nur das die Sky-Train in D-Dorf wesentlich längere Betriebszeiten hat, wodurch man in der SVZ Betriebsbeginn ab 3.45 Uhr bis ca. 6.00 Uhr, und ab ca. 21 Uhr bis 0.45 Uhr Betriebsschluss den meisten Trubel, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, entgehen kann.

@xelasim Ddorf, Dortmund und Wuppertal sind drei Hängebahnen in NRW. Wuppertal hat nur einen Fahrer, ansonsten hst die H-Bahn dasselbe Prinzip wie die anderen.
Uiuiui. Das mir als Wuppertaler, der mit der Schwebebahn schon in den 80ern zur Lehre fuhr. Im Ptinzip hast du recht. Aber es sind Stahlräder und die fährt schon seit 1899 (in Teilen) als normales Verkehrsmittel. Also da kommen die beiden H Bahnen mal gar nicht dran.

1) Germany, City of Dortmund, University 2) H-Bahn (Hoch- oder Hängebahn) 3) Top speed is 50km/h. Based on a length of 3,16 km and a riding-time of 6 minutes (see description), average speed is 31,6km/h.
@@Balikon Ui, Ui, Ui.. Das mit der Übersetzung für H-Bahn müssen wir aber noch mal üben 😉 Wobei du wahrscheinlich Google Translator für die Übersetzung Verwendet hast. Das Teil ist nur leider nicht gerade dazu Konzeptiert um derart Schwirige Übersetzungen zu meistern.. Am einfachsten bzw. Am logischsten würde ich hier das Schul-Englisch benutzen, welches du eigentlich gelernt haben solltest, und die Englischen Worte "Sky" und "Train" Nehmen, weil es der Deutschen Beschreibung einer H-Bahn am ähnlichsten ist. Und eine Hoch-Bahn heißt ja Hoch-Bahn, weil sie eben Höher oben fährt als die Normalen Bahnen. Nur das dass Wort "Train" übersetzt "Zug" bedeutet. Nur leider gibt es im Englischen kein exaktes Wort, welches genau das Wort "Bahn" aus den Deutschem übersetzen lässt. Daher passt der Begriff Sky-Train so ziemlich Perfekt. Auch wenns das Teil in D-Dorf auch gibt. Übrigens würde ich bei der Angabe von km/h auch zusätzlich MP/H hinzufügen. Also die "Miles per Hour" Angabe. Was von 50 KM/H umgerechnet 31,06856 MP/H sind. Also einfacher gesagt 31 MP/H Gerundet. Denn du weißt ja nicht, aus welchen Land der Englisch-Sprachige User kommt. Und z.b. in den USA kennt man die bedeutung von Km/h allgemein nicht. Es sei denn natürlich du guckst vorher nach, und er hat seine Herkunft in sein Profil angegeben. Wovon ich ersteres mal nicht von ausgehe 😄

Da sieht man direkt den Vorteil einer Hochbahn. Platzsparend am Boden. Aber hässlich. Ich würd nur die ganze Zeit, aus dem Fenster jodeln und die erdgebunden Bauern unter mir herablassend verpönen.
Eine Sky-Train soll weder Hässlich noch schön sein. Zumal hässlich oder schön Ansichtssache ist.. Sie soll einfach nur Wirtschaftlich sein! Nur um deinen Sinnlosen Kommentar wenigstens etwas Sinn zu verleihen 😉

Anhand deiner Aussage entnehme ich mal einfach den Fakt daß dass Spiel Half Life Ultra Langweilig sein muss, wenn dich schon so ne Olle Strecke mit ner ollen Klapperkiste derart beeindrucken kann, das du es quasi über den Wert eines Game Klassikers stellst. Half life war mein erster Egoshooter das erstens, und zweitens an dieser ollen "klapperkiste" waren Ingenieur, Bauarbeiter , Statiker, usw dran und haben mehr Arbeit reingesteckt als du in deine Billig Let,s plays . Und du hast ein Navi an bei Omnsi 2 als echter Busfahrer weiß man doch seine Strecken auswendig....
