This, until today remains as to be "THE" version of Deseclo's Prelude, Cadence et Finale. An interpretation without any compromise, really challenging if listening to the cadenza and the risks he took there. Don't know any similar interpretation to consider, but.....let's see and listen. Life goes on, the world is still turning 😊.

This take is so much better than the other one. They're both amazing, and you should listen to both back to back, with this one last. The slower tempo really lets them breathe. Absolute magic.

I thought he took this piece a little too fast. I feel like this is a really amazing piece that needs to be taken a little slower than the marked tempo to really express the beauty in it. Don't get me wrong I think he did great, he just made the mistake a lot of people make when playing this piece, they take it too fast which just takes away a lot of the beauty of the piece. He does have some awesome vibrato and articulation though. That altissimo G was amazing too, usually I need to squeak it out a few times before I actually get the note out.

Piano KILLING IT! That was so tastefully done the way he fills those “spaces in places” The entire band was Killing It, but the piano really done it for me. A lot of young, “wet behind-the-ears” keyboard players could learn a lot listening to this.
