Thanks for the videos. I am going to show my daughter these. I think she will enjoy them. Good stuff!
That’s Awful, but you made a comeback, your videos have been very inciteful, stay awesome
In All-County Band one year we played a swing version of this song, which was super fun. I'm always a little thrown off by the original now though!
Violin and Cello. Wish I was multi-talented.
I love the sound of the cello. The scales sound great with a lovely rich tone!
Eye protection is a must! 🔥
Ive been teaching myself this for years and definitely improved after this. Thank you for posting.
brava Emily

Woah she’s incredible
Hi Emily, I hope you are well, I want to learn bowing.
Send me a private DM through one of my socials and we can schedule a lesson from there!
Oh lord. Math
Was lucky enough to study with Mr & Mrs Vamos for a summer back in the day. They also talked about being able to get a nice narrow + tight vibrato while leaving other fingers down for certain pieces that call for it like the sibelius etc
I play tuba and practicing the fingering helps SO much. Our band director always tells us to play it one note at a time.
Oh nah. Devil..
Nice 👍🏼
I'll try that next time I'm doing violin.
Thank you for reminding us to learn slowly!
what’s that thing on the edge of your violin? Ik it sounds dumb since I play violin but I’m genuinely asking
Not dumb at all! Not everyone has/needs one. It’s a C clip protector. I started using it a couple months ago because I was learning a piece with a tough pizzicato section and snagged the wood in that area with my bow screw a few times. My bow kept brushing against the wood when playing on the E string so much too, so this clip is for when I’m practicing to prevent damage. It’s super cheap too.
Wear some damn pants attention wh8re
Malicious
I am a newbie on violin and I have been looking for tutorials on vibrato and hand positions besides 1st position for a long time. Thank you SO MUCH for your videos. I will try to find your website for more clear explanations on violin.
I. Am. Metronom 🔥
The music theory professor who tried to “convince” me to drop the degree used to yell at me about it and degrade my violin skills. He would beg me to drop it so I could spend more time with him and his family claiming it was “better for me.” He ended up being a predator and I refused to drop the degree. Yes studio class would run late! I loved and hated this because I learned so much and it was fun all being together making music at such a late hour but I was extremely exhausted too. I never failed a class before! My first music history class was extremely challenging because my advisor accidentally placed me in the level three class instead of the level one class. Classes were supposed to run from level one, to two, to three, and then to four, and they all built off one another. Despite it being challenging, I worked really hard and passed!
As a life long musician, now on my third year of cello, my eyebrow method have always concerned my teachers. I play with my brows, live with it😊
Epic fail, get into the kitchen lol
