What is the purpose of the few drops of alcohol mid-process and spraying the bubble spray (iso alcohol) as a finishing step?

Why are the molds a different size from the acrylic router template?

Wonder if the large turtle with the recess can be used as stepping stones around the garden or pool area. The recess portion can be filled with colorful gravels or fire pit glass rocks. Mixing it with epoxy should be sturdy enough to walk on. Any thoughts?
