The EFlite commander is such a FUN airplane! It is so locked in I was doing low passes over the lake bed next to our runway on the maiden flight. Up for 7 minutes on a 3300 4S pack. Played a little too low and SPLASHED it, but was able to pull out and land it. Fantastic flyer!

Midair collision destroys 3 RC jets in a single pass. 3rd jet, an F-86 crashed when the impact of the midair distracted the pilot from flying his RC jet. Freewing T-33 rear ended Avios Mig-17 that I wasn’t expecting to fly that low and thought I would skirt under as we were racing. F-86 crashes between 12-15 sec

It walks the High Alpha REALLY well for its size. It is a fairly large model for 90mm, and can vertical out of the alpha with my Roaring Top 70C 5500s!

Awesome, keep rolling out nice videos.. I have a question.. Didn't realize only need a small portion canard movement for Takeoff flap(1/2 flap) and Landing flap(full flap). Do you disable the canard pitch movement during takeoff flap and landing flap. Thanks.
No, the canards still work with the “flap” setting. The uptick on canards and slight up on the elevons during flap just holds them there deflected nose up until the flaps are set back to Zero.

Great flying. Can you tell me where you have your CofG? Your CofG seems to be optimized for both upright and inverted flight and it appears to behave nicely on final approach. I'm gradually sliding my CofG aft as it's nose heavy inverted but you obviously have it figured out. I run a 6S 5100mAh GensAce battery. Thanks.
Thanks! Have a 5500 70C roaring top about half an inch under the receiver tray. Pretty far aft.
What gyro did you use?
No gyro, doesn’t need one. CG is battery most of the way back.
Great handling, flying and landing. It flies a bit like my 64mm F-105. When I do roll, it emulates a drill bit!

It’s so simple it honestly doesn’t need one. Put it together in about :20 min at the RC field straight out of the box. Pictures are on the RC groups thread for it. 👍🏼

This one appears to be a bit different than the one sold through Motion R/C as this ones gear doors stay open when the gear is down but the one through Motion has doors that close back up after the gear is lowered which is far more true to the full size B-25.
It’s the same. The 2 stage doors initially worked on the nose gear and now function as single stage. Not sure why, no wires were swapped.
Have the mig29. Great bird. My question is can you hear this in the air at all or is it mostly for scale turn ons in the pits before taxi?
Yes, definitely in the air too with two exciters, mounted under the top. Each side of the aft battery.
