What can I do to not fall asleep? Most times, I get so sleepy into few minutes of it

Wen i did this ! At t beginning my puls rate was in seventies but wen i continue to do it in the same way my pulse rate came down to thirties ! Wrn i notice this i quickly stopped it thinking if i continue i might faced with some problems since i havn' t a guru to get advice! Supra method to get t pressure out of t body!✌️🙏
