Welcome back guys so the power in the shop is officiall. Y done and I am in cherry heaven. I picked up about ninety boards of pure 1 1/2 to 2" cherry Boards from 1 by 4 to 1 by 12.

This is the biggest sauce stop they make a hundred and twenty seven inches long wide it has Is a reach of seventy seven Inches from front to back. This is one massive saw.

this is the ICS 52 in sawstop 5 HP saw it will also have the large sliding table sled and the outfeed table attached this is one big table I think that it measures around 105 in wide with everything

I tried to show everything would work and sometimes. It's very difficult and there are a lot of mistakes made to hide them is foolish because to fail is To succeed thank you so much. There will be a lot of great videos in the new shop very soon just waiting on the power company.

Are they weather proof?
For the most part it is obviously it can't be submerged underwater but I've had it in the back of my truck. In a thunderstorm. And had no issues.
I want a 3 drawer, with a slightly larger drawer on bottom, and 2 slightly slimmer drawers on top. Would be perfect
That would be an excellent idea and I'm sure if you write it in the suggestion Box on Milwaukee website. They would probably look into that. I did hear that they are making a new packout with 4 slim drawers.
This time I will do it manually with the help of Woodglut designs.

Does it make a difference what battery you use in this stapler? Or does it not matter?
You can use any M18 battery but I found that the slim high-powered battery will Is work much better and is lighter

This is NOT how you should NEVER install casters on a machine. Support feet are perfect but casters no. Casters can be added but should be added by making a wooden base or by buying a metal base. Common sense seriously should have been used here and I don’t see what in the world ever made sense to think casters attached the way you had them was ideal. Not trying to be rude here but seriously. I made a wooden base similar to yours years back and absolutely no issues. Here’s the thing no matter if it were Ridgid, Grizzly, Jet, Powermatic or whatever and no matter the design of the cabinet you would never directly mount casters without a base.
I agree with you, That's the best thing about trying new ideas see what would work really quick and see what would work in the long term when we put the cast is on it we just need to something really quick found out it didn't work and changed it, Thank you for your input brand new shop comeing soon

You don’t need to press the button to open the top drawer
I got mine used, someone put a bit of wood across the bottom making a shelf and then installed some cheap casters... my issue was when the casters would swivel in it made the bottom support area too small... I tossed the casters and reinstalled the adjustable feet and haven't had an issue sence... thankfully I don't need to move it very often... but I may build a roller base at some point.
Sorry for the late response I have similar the same issue so I went through a few different casters and found that the Extended lock and casters were the best option so therefore if I needed to move it I could And when I built the platform the radius was 24 and 11/16 round

Man, I wished i would’ve seen your video prior to this jointer falling on me. I called rigid customer service and the service was no good, they said they have never heard of the jointer having any stability, or wobble issues. The thin 1/8 metal 90 degrees is a joke. Thank god for your video definitely will use it on my replacement for reinforcement!

Sorry for the late response had to deal with a serious family issue the radius on the bottom platform is 24 11/16 You will have to change the angle a little bit on the outside corners because the metal is wider on the bottom and merges to the top. but the way that I got the angles was to take the joint to apart and put the base on a piece of cardboard and outline the radius With a Marker or pencil. I hope this helps

If you can remember, what is that corner radius? I've got one of those jointers coming and I want to go ahead and make the base so I can put it in when I put it together.

@@ruggiero1371 FYI, If I heard you correctly you said 20 5/8" on the length. I made mine that size and went to put it in and it was really short. It's 30 5/8". Check the video just in case.
