Hi David, congrats on your video, pretty educational. MAte. I gotta problem with my L18 CPU, where the IO led is not getting green light. Have you got any idea about what is going on?
Yes. If the I/O light is flashing, it means that there it cannot communicate with one or more I/O modules. Look on the lower left side of the controller organizer in studio, and look for an I/O module with a yellow triangle with exclamation point. You can disable it if it is no longer part of the project or perhaps remove it from the project.
The screen is not clear..
Thanks for letting me know. I checked into the problem and found that youtube prefers to deliver video at a lower quality setting. I viewed it on my phone and also noticed it is blurry. Then I clicked on the quality setting and selected 1080 as the setting and it became crystal clear.

@@e.b.u.c8404 I found that the Ethernet/IP manual covers email messaging. It starts on page 56. After some research, it seems that the most common problem is setting up the message instruction. You need the ip address of the SMTP server that will be sending your message. Otherwise it looks to be a standard MSG instruction. Pulse it and it should work. I believe that you will need to have an SMTP service running on a server on the PLC network, or a gateway on your router to reach the internet.
