Hello! American here. I was so worried for a moment because here in the US, silverfish are horrifyingly creepy, ugly bugs. They are similar to centipedes and run really fast! I had searched the bug to show my boyfriend (I am on his CZcams because he has the premium plan, hence the male profile pic) and happened upon your video. I was so worried for you that you might be eating those things! I had to keep watching to make sure. I do have to know, what kind of fish are those? Are they just called silver fish? Amazing cooking skills! I would love to know more about the spices you use. I am about to start cooking only healthy for my family and would love to try out new spices. Thanks!
We call them silver fish but you can search for silver cyprinid for a clear picture.
Cooking healthy varies from person to person, all foods are healthy as long as they are fresh, use healthy oil, reduce fats, include boiling and steaming to your cooking methods, include more vegetables to your meal plan. For the spices I just use the basic ground and fresh spices on the market

You would have boiled the meat for some 1hour then add the ìngredients and spices later cause am sure the ìngredients have over cooked and no value now.
You are free to cook it the way you want my dear, I prefer my sauce to be flavorful

Where is the recipee
The Bible says Grasshoppers are clean to eat, also crickets and locust and that’s the only bugs you can eat, according to the Scriptures. All the other bugs are an abomination including the water bugs like shrimp, crabs etc.

They take long to get ready and it also depends on the age of the animal but between 2 to 3 hours
