The Scottish Library and Information Council is the independent advisory body to the Scottish Government on library and information matters. We work with public libraries, specialist libraries and libraries within educational settings to improve the quality of provision through funding, training and evaluation tools. SLIC is a registered charity - Scottish Charity No: SCO17886.
We post videos which showcase the amazing things happening in Scottish Libraries. From reading groups, film clubs and wellbeing meet-ups to coding and 3D printing, libraries offer something for everyone.
