Thanks for sharing. A few things that watching this made me think of saying It's not the cards that life deals us but its how we recover and play them. You've proved to yourself you can bounce back from something so tough - you can use that to find strength in the future. 17-25ish are I think the hardest years many people go through. Responsibilities get dumped on you, problems become more serious, insecurities build. It gets easier! True happiness awaits the other side. Stay strong 🦾 And congrats on 200!

I think I know that feeling lol! Once after a date I asked my therapist how to be more authentic, as i felt like that was holding me back from making meaningful connections through tinder, and he basically told me to share how I feel more often. And that every possible feeling that exists is ok to share. The yellow looks like it is meant for practising "hand jamming", probably with a hand stack based on how far apart they are? Or you might be able to do it with side pulling but would require a ton of strength. I rarely see hand jam climbs in my gyms so I struggle with these a lot

I recently tried this climbing centre, probably why this was recommended to me - I recognised the first wall you were on with the cool wood and blue boulder lol. I should re-try this centre again although I'm enjoying TCA, I like the atmosphere there!
