I usually use hair oils on my scalp. How can I incorporate the rinse? I'm not sure what hair routine to use and when to use oils and when to use a rinse.

Anna! Hello I hope you are doing well! :) I was hoping to inquire about some hair advice or wisdom. So I have been watching you for many years, and I wanted to know your thoughts on this: do you feel some breakage is normal? I know often times breakage can be discussed as a negative thing or there can be a misconception that the hair is unhealthy, but would you say some breakage is completely fine and it doesn't mean someone has damaged hair? I feel I take really good care of my hair and have been for many years while also using a lot of the knowledge you've bestowed in your videos, but I know even with the best care some damage is normal as our hair is constantly out in the open and well I suppose I wanted to ask you because I feel it can become an source of paranoia for some women to constantly be questioning if their hair is truly healthy or not due to something that may be completely natural and well also hair should never get in the way of enjoying life even if some damage is involved, but I wanted to know your take! :) Thank you again if you see this, I appreciate any of your thoughts! :)

hey! newly came accross your channel and immediately subscribed..im going through a chemically damaged hair loss phase and need some tips for hair growth. I did a keratin treatment which resulted into hair thinning but my hair seems to be growing out even though theres breakage.. please make a video on how to grow thicker hair and avoid breakage by diet and natural ingredients as im still a student so won't be able to afford haircare products

Hey Anna! I have a question for you, do you know if it’s normal that some baby hair/new hair growing up fall? I started to take care of my hair following your tips and tips of others people, I have a lot of baby hair on my scalp and I’m so happy, but the fact that I see some growing hair falling out make me so sad hahaha Idk if I do too much massage (I use the HairRave massage twice a day + my brush from the innate life as normal daily brushing) If I oil too much (twice a week) My scalp is dry and itchy types Let me know if it’s normal Thank you 🥰

So I can't seem to grow my hair if i trim it at all. I have been getting a trim once a year which leads me back all over again. I've been at shoulder length for 4 years now. I am taking a new method. I'm just not cutting. I'm going to see it that helps. i think also if I decide to 'trim' it, will be, myself trimming. I think all my hairdressers have cut off any progress.
