Rav, you probably dont remember but you mention in the shiur that Hashem showed moshe his kavod by the 10 dibrot and then someone piped up in the shiur and said no it was by Moishe asking for forgiveness. Aren't you both right? Didn't HaShem show Moshe his Kovod also mean the revelation of the 13 midot, and wasn't that shown to him so he could get forgiveness for the egal zhav and then bring down the second set of 10 dibrot? And all this occured on Yom Kippur?

I receive a double portion of Torah on Shabbat.. for 6 days I get to study Torah for 8 hours per day, but miraculously on Shabbat I receive 16 hours of Torah study :)

I like to imagine that the guy is still being trained by HaShem In my mind, I'm seeing Moshe in his early days, when it was just him and HaShem. Let's try to imagine what's it like this new guy. I'm seeing a regular fellow who is going about his life just trying go survive and one day G-d calls on Him and says, 'your the one' But L-rd, I don't know about this. How do I know this isn't just in my head. How do I know You are just a voice in my head. My mind playing tricks on me? Everyone seems to want me to think that way. In regards to Moses being a considered a god, lower case, it is in Exodus 7:1 where HaShem confirms that He elevated Moses to the status of a god, which is a very big deal, as it gave him the authority to face off against Pharoh with impunity. I think thay we ignore that quite literally, had anyone the chutzpah to speak to Pharoh the way Moses spoke to him, that person would not have made it out of their first encounter. But, was it Moses who performed the miracles or G-d? How I understand it is that it's a 2 way street. We must believe that the impossible is possible in order to HaShem to reveal that nothing is impossible G-d split the seas, but Moses believed that the sea could be split. What's coming to my mind right now are the degrees/ranks/levels of Bitachon Some of us need to see to believe Others, like Moses, were capable of believing without seeing, which is the secret ingredient. I can't believe this is possible I don't want to believe this is possible I want to believe this is possible I don't believe that this is impossible I believe that this is possible I trust that HaShem has it all under control, and my only job is to keep doing what I feel called to do. That's all my own opinion tho. I don't know what I don't know, and I like to remind myself that I'm 99.998% wrong about everything. But I did resonate with what you said about us all being Moshiach, which I believe is the catalyst for the Moshiach Mindset. I am Moshiach and so are 'you' "Who is 'you'?"
