Hi Fajira, please need your advice. Will I be eligible to bring in my dependants if I switch my visa to another job role under the health and care worker visa. My company had made a mistake on my job role, was offered a CoS in January as care assistant instead of senior carer. I am currently on the visa. They want to give me another for senior carer but I'm worried if I do a new application my dependants might not come in..

no one can use your assigned CoS because the employer enters your details and a unique reference number is assigned to you

Fajirah it's not the visa expiry but it's the BPR EXPIRING BUT OUR VISAS ARE STILL GOING ON LIKE MINE EXPIRES 2026 BUT THE BPR ENDS 31/12/2024 BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL FROM HOME OFFICE

Its possible, if you had submitted your documents to home office:: a company can apply and inform home office for you to get grace period while you work

You are well informed and you are being very helpful. Keep up the good work. I was in that situation 15 years ago with an on-time application while waiting for my indefinite leave to remain in the UK. The employer was not aware of this law and my solicitors had to educate them 😁.

I am currently on this pending application while waiting and searching for COS.

Which type of sponsorship we can get by paying like door to door care or care home care or we must have driving licence for both types or only for door to door care type.
