There are many philosophies to deal with toxic people and the philosophy of stoicism is one of them. By applying these philosophies we will always be peaceful and happy.

I ALWAYS share TOO much right at first meeting someone..It’s almost a self sabotage technique to automatically put up a shield around me, to protect myself from being hurt. I’m so happy I found this channel, I have a lot of work ahead of me, healing childhood wounds at age 49, seeking therapy, and turning to teachers such as the one who’s channel this is, is a blessing.

The divine is of realization of your life. What makes you come alive and with the world as one more person of interest.

There is nothing I want than to focus on myself. You know when the world reads your deceased husband letters when they access records that hippia is supposed to protect. When your Journal is read by the world you lose all forms of trust in man. Hollywood stars have not been victimized as I have. There was no need for all of that. What are your thoughts. It hurt me but I"m pushing past it. That was hateful wicked and deceitful. I have been publicly victimized. My pain was over the top by mankind and they asked me to be kind and be blameless. I fear the future because of the dirt .

Found myself agreeing to a recent unworthy website that has badnotions and pre-fabricated lies. They procured themselves as one thing but mocked the other but then went back and forth between the two, leaving a huge opening for discord and disagreement for the followers. I myself even fell aparteed and immoral to this divisive approach for hate. I even found out that the person that has victimized me for a long time was a member of their website. Therfore after reevaluating my post and mis judgment I went back to thier site and researched them on grounds of impersonation and malice of use to deceive others by hate, I combed through my files, posts and association I had with them made a complaint, blocked and ceased contact with them and now I am back tracking my downfall to this break of intelligence that was formed through a mental link. Now I will go and praise the day for the sun and relinquish my appetite for ego and self justice.

I was too compassioned to one of the couple and learned a very painful lessons because of my weak boundaries! I was experiencing mantetlly draining and burned out in the end 😢, however it's took a while for me to realised I had done absolutely everything to helped and be kind! I had to walked away to protect my wellbeing and family ❤️ I am so much happier and healthier! Good luck to them.

God please teach me how to remain silent and only speak when it's necessary. I love my inner peace most and cannot stand noisy surroundings
