I got a new office chair yesterday. It has a high back and today when I leaned my head back, I thought of all the times I have traveled long distances on the bus. I then thought of looking for a bus white noise video. I found one but it had a black screen. I then found yours with the passing scenery. I watched for awhile and became sleepy. I closed my eyes and woke up an hour later!

Why does there always have to be rain? Ca not hear the clock

By playing white noise whilst you are trying to go to sleep, will distract the mind from whatever thoughts you are having that keep people from falling asleep. Therefore, white noise works as an eraser to eliminate negative or any thoughts from your mind by focusing on the white noise which can be very soothing and consequently helping someone fall asleep quicker. (For those people who find it difficult to understand why people here listen to this) have a blessed life
