@AnythingEverythingRC-rc1yc mate that's great new that you've found a better field. Congrats on that. Yeah ref your rs4 build I'd definitely say take your time. There'll be nothing worse than going to Maiden it for the first time and something be wrong. When I built mine I double checked everything every stage of my build. I just wanted it to be correct first time and it was apart from my tx setup. But that's all sorted now with the mikado. Yeah ref confidence with the rs4 all I can say is the guy I fly with at my club really does push me to do things I'd never do on my own. He honestly is a real good friend and mentor now. The video is actually 3 batteries in I've now 6 on the rs4 and today on my last battery I was on fire honestly on fire but unfortunately didn't get a video of it. I was carrying out constant corkscrews and even managed 3 massive consecutive loops all interlined. I was doing backwards loops aswell. Honestly since I moved over to mikado it's been a game changer for me. Good luck with your build and I hope it all goes well for you. All the best mate happy and safe flying. @RCCopterLove hello buddy, much appreciate your comment I'm definitely more confident with the vbar setup for sure. It's just way more locked in. And yes I still use my tx16 for my m2evo as there's no point in spending another £200 on and fbl unit to put in the m2evo. The evo is my practice tool now. I just use it for flips rolls and inverted flying as its just cheaper to fix. Happy and safe flying buddy. And I'm sure in no time your nail the inverted flight 👍🏻👌

@kevingrissom3850 yeah definitely better flying the bigger helis. I'll never get rid of my m2 though its my bashing machine for learning maneuvers. @AnythingEverythingRC-rc1yc congratulations on the new heli you will absolutely love it for sure, there absolutely fantastic value for money and fly way way way more stable then the 200 size helis. Ref the mikado and vbar the controller itself feel wise is OK not as smooth as the tx16mk by anymeans but the fbl unit and tx combined are epic. Its just sooooo easy to setup and everything is so dialed in its unreal. Super responsive and smooth. Hope this helps. I'm still fairly new ro the hobby as you know but I'm slowly learning lol. I'm definitely sticking with mikado from now on for sure it's definitely the way forward for me. At the end of the year I'll probably get a 600 or 700 size nitro heli aswell. I've flown a few at my field and there definitely a different flying experience all together so locked in its honestly unreal. Enjoy your build mate speak soon 👍🏻

@will_how I'd definitely say go with the venom over the legend bud. The venom definitely offers a lot more for your money. If you're new to the hobby and you have never set up a heli yourself before I'd strongly recommend looking into it all in serious depth. I myself have the radiomaster tx16s mk 2 aswell. I used it first off with my rs4 I just duplicated my m2evo joauns file and bound it ip and it flew. A couple of people at my club use the nexus fbl units on there new helis. They have always got there laptops with them tuning the helis up at the field. Yes it's a cheap fbl unit and yes it works well but getting your heli to that stage can take hours and hours of setup and tuning with a laptop. You have to fly the heli and if you need to adjust anything you then have to land get the laptop out and then plug it in then do your adjustment then do the same procedure over and over again till you feel its correct. One guy at the field just brought a tb40 and is using the nexus and its taken him nearly 20 batteries and about 4 hours of flying to set it up correctly. If your ok with that way of tuning then definitely go with the nexus. But wow. Mikado and vbar are sooooooo easy its unreal. 15/20 mins total and it was all done because you do everything through the transmitter. I hope this info helps you in some way. @@Rcheliguy good to know thanks, for my first heli I bought the BNF model and tx16s, so I built the radio profile from scratch. Wasn't that bad, and now I know how to do it quickly. I reckon the Nexus would be the same, I'm used to BetaFlight coming from fpv quads.

@will_how oh yes definitely in 3d mode. I couldn't fly in stability mode if I tried my friend. 3d and stability mode are two totally different flying caritaristics. I absolutely love my m2evo. Its my learning machine for sure 👍🏻

@RCCopterLove-helis4ever much appreciated my friend. Definitely .being at a club and being around other more experienced pilots is great. I'm actually now moving my radio setups over to mikado classic transmitter and vbar neo. A few people at the club fly with it and oh my god its an absolutely awesome system so easy to use and very straightforward to setup. Hi, on the 450lp I use the a10 tx so it's pretty much setup from factory I just adjusted the roll rate up higher on the fbl unit. As for the rs4. I actually use the m2evo joauns wrechasham file. It works perfectly fine. I'm actually in the next coming weeks changing over to vbar neo and a new vbar tx. Seeing the lads at my flying field use them and wow its a game changer it seriously dialed in and sooooo easy to use. I'll put a video up of it all when it's all done buddy 👌👍🏻

@@Rcheliguy Understood then, thanks. The Evo stuff is really great yeah, it's a pitty that you can only use then only with the Evo transmitter and that's a pretty penny. But all in all the investment is done one once so I guess it fits. I'll give the Jonas file a look as I'm running the TX16s. Cheers chap, happy flying !

The grass is tall which is a blessing. Last week I crashed my m2evo about 5 times hard into the crass. Not a single bit of damage. It's great. I'm confident I'll progress very quickly at the club as everyone gives each other confidence when flying. Hope you figure something out and get to fly a bit more buddy. Happy flying 👌👍🏻

Definitely it's worth giving it a go. Just go high as hight is your friend with the bigger heli for sure. You'll be surprised how easy they are to fly. Good luck and happy flying buddy 👌 👍🏻

Hi there. Build quality wise the venom is definitely better than my 450lp. But alot of people are loving the new align tb40. You can get it as a combo package aswell. It's a little cheaper than the goosky. A couple of people at my flying field have then and they seem to fly great. Bottom line though I'd say do some homework on what would suit you best and definitely only go with what you feel is best for you. Happy and safe flying buddy 👍🏻

Hello mate. I actually couldn't believe how good the 450lp flew in idle up 1. I'm over the moon with it. Yes ref the goosky. I did the 450 video and hadn't flew the rs4 at that point arfter just a couple of batteries I felt way more confident so gave it a go. Alot of tuning and that with the help from a friend at the field I will say but now I'm super excited about the coming months and my progression. Hope all is good your end rwf your helis mate.
