It was very Bohemian. .it was Gypsy...think rabbit and goat ..root veg. Potato onion turnips rudabaga carrots...broth is thin... But not watery....vary complex layers of flavor. I wish you peace.

Én már sokszor főztem gulyást fazékban, bográcsban, de magyarként kikérem magamnak ezt a receptet! SZÉGYEN a videót készítő részéről ezt a galádságot elkövetni! Tele hazudta a világot ennek a nemes ételnek a készítésével!

Ho studiato per anni il Gulyàs e sono andata a ricercare la ricetta originale alla Camera di Commercio Ungherese dove è depositata. Il procedimento e gli ingredienti sono semplicissimi ma nei secoli è stata stravolta la ricetta dagli Europei influenzando anche gli stessi Ungheresi. Qui su CZcams ho visto la ricetta che più si avvicina a quella originale anche se il procedimento è stato troppo maniacale e poi sotto stessa ammissione del cuoco che l'ha preparato in Ungheria il Gulyàs prevede patate e un tipo di peperone verde locale che solo li si trova.. Meine Mutter hatte einmal die Ehre Jury Mitglied bei einem regionalen Porkolt-Wettkochen zu sein. Diesen Vergleich bräuchte es ja nicht wenn alle 'Das Eine Original Ungarische Gulasch ' kochen würden. Hier hat jeder sein regionales überliefertes Familien Rezept würde ich sagen. Hauptsache ist es smeckt 😁😋

Das ist kein Gulasch, Gulyas leves ist immer eine Suppe. Dies ist Pörkölt ( aber komisch gemacht!) Sieht aber ganz gut aus. Man isst es mit Csöteszta. ( Nudel)

Cenim svaki stil i recept ko šta voli ali kad se nešto sprema onda to treba da dominira.Ako se kuva pasulj da se oseća pasulj a ne 86 dodataka itd itd za sve što se sprema.Kažem može nešto da se doda radi šmeka itd ali manje da ga tek ima ko da su naši stari sve to imali a meni u sećanju ostali svi ti prosti mirisi i ukusi.
