Meeting Robin and Mikoláš, the two founders of Repete, was a wonderful experience. Learning how they met and discovering the friendship they build through passion is the story captured in this short documentary film. Their dedication and the love for bikes turned into great craftsmanship and beautifully designed bikes. Have a look on www.repete.cc/

Downhill Gravel POV | Alpine Track in Austria

A beautiful gravel descent awaited me after climbing to the Rotmoosalm at 2030m. 6.5km at an 11% gradient with no room for error. It was my first alpine gravel descent in about 10 years, so my technique still needs some work... Wonderful. I love both of those areas so much. Thank you
How do you not puncture? Lol.
Tubeless
Uma Montain Bike não seria mais confortável ?
Definitely, but I currently don't have one.
Is this on a go pro?
Yes, a GoPro Max on superview
This was an amazing video. Hugely-hugely motivating. I’ve been heavily considering building my own wheelset. I build everything else on my bikes from the frame up- except the wheels and I feel like that’s like the Holy Grail of bike building. I’m a huge huge fan of DT Swiss hubs, which is one of the biggest reasons why I’m looking into building my own wheels. In this video has been hugely motivational. I appreciate all the time you put into this, thank you!
Go for it! Thank you for watching 😁
11:14 wow nice safe
Great filming very inspiring. Congrats !!
Thanks a lot!
Riding a descent like that on the hoods is asking for death
I like it on the hoods :)
Imma pray to God and whatever happens, happens 😊 thats what i told myself
Dude is holding the GoPro in his mouth

camera go pro?
yes
Hi, I am planning a Paris to brussels trip and am thinking about doing it unsupported in one day. When I look at Komoot I see that it gives me an option of around 310km. Not sure if you could help me out a little? Your trip was 360km? Why the extra?
Hey Richard, I checked and we indeed ended up adding some parts to have a nicer ride. We didn’t ride out of Paris in a straight line, but along the canal eastwards. At the end we rode around Brussels to avoid riding one hour or more in urban areas. The extra 50km made the challenge a bit longer as well, since that was the point. You can download our gpx on www.pacq.cc/paris-brussels/ Cheers!
The trail route looks safe, is the trail really made in one direction, or does it happen to be quiet?
This was ridden in October, so off season. The trail only has one way up and down, indeed.
This video definitly deserves more viewers. Awesome ❤
Let's hope they come :) Thank you for watching!
Perfect captured, my compliments.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Epic!
Belgium is beautiful and awesome. We moved there.
Nice vid! What tool did you use for initial lacing?
Thanks! At the time I just used an old spoke.
Hi, Cool Video! did you bite the action cam all the way?
Yes I did!
i don't know if its the perspective, but you could use some bigger tires
You’re right. I was on 32mm tires here. But my frame couldn’t fit any bigger.
11:14 my stomach dropped! a few months ago I lost it and hit the side wall, nothing serious happened, but the fear is still there.
Yeah I still remember it to this day 😇
Super knap gemaakt!
Bedankt Ben!
Excellent descend! But, don't you think your driving is too risky??
I don't think so :)
Looks much to rough for those skinny gravel tires in some areas. But it went well!
Sure you can ride (with a support car) from Paris to Brussels in one go. I rode from Düsseldorf to Paris (510km) in one go unsupported last year in 23 hours. It was an incredible experience.
That sounds wonderful! All my respect to the ultra distance riders :)
why didn't you use slipstream?
It’s nice to talk once in a while if you’re doing 12 hours on the bike
Awesome work!! Thanks again for the beautiful shots and the support on the road! 🤩
Thank you, sir!
Wat een geweldige prestatie! 😍
Sterke beren!
@ dat mag je wel zeggen
I love everything you create!
Haha thanks mate! ;)
Nice challenge! Great shots again ;)
Thanks 😋
Beautiful Video, thank you for sharing your story with us.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Very nice.
Thank you! Cheers!
Terrifying
It’s fun! 😁
Rimane una gran bici diversa dal solito
Sweet video! What tires and size are u running? They look hella skinny😅🙉
They are... it was on my old bike. 32mm, set up tubeless though. Would have had lots of snakebites otherwise!
Seems like a really cool trip!
Thanks Kristoffer, it was!
Crazy guy, make more content like this please ✌🏼
will try :)
Thanks for this beautiful video you have inspired me to go here
Glad you liked it! These were some wonderful place to see 😁
Magnificent video and bike…is this like watching “Salt Bae”..drop the finishing touches…amazing visuals and of course the music is dramatic for this reason…bravo.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Amazing video, i wanna know the music...
i would have to look that up in the archive… but most of the stuff I use is from Epidemic Sound 😊
Beautifully made video! You captured the story an essence of Repete very nicely, love it!
Thanks Fritz! Glad you like it :)
That one blue bike is gorgeous , so beautiful The white one also 😍😍😍
Every color is possible! 😍
Awesome video man. Was this actually in Soldeu?
Yes it was!
Hoi. Ik ben ook gravel fietser van Ronse. Groetjes.
Nice.
Thanks Ed!
100% loving the look of the bikes. I had a custom builder here in the US build my frame for me. There is no comparison to how a brand bike or these carbon bikes ride based on how many bikes I've owned, which is a lot. I tell people, if you're going to spend a lot of money on a bike get one made for you. It's a purchase you will never regret. Kudos to you guys and hope you continue to do well in this industry.
Thanks a lot for the kind words, Charles!
love it? Where is this? Can you share gpx?
Hi Bartosz, I have no GPX, but it’s the climb up to the Rotmoosalm from Leutasch in Austria. Only one way up 😊
@ thank you!
This was a really great video. For anyone who has ever wondered what goes into buying or making your own wheels, this is a terrific overview. The wheels you built probably aren't a good economic value compared with the Zip 303 if you consider the value of your time and resale value (to say nothing of the investment in tools) but I truly appreciate what you said about your interest in learning how to build and repair your bike and the zen of wrenching on it yourself, which I share. I'm looking forward to your next video!
Hi Garnet, thanks for the kind words! Cheers :)
It is because zipp 303 are crap wheels with horrible hubs. This setup here is way superior to zipp 303.
@@kubackjeeeI can attest to this. My freehub on that 303 wheelset seized and there was no coming off. In the meantime I heard of the same problem on someone else's Zipp hubs.
