Talking about spirituality is enjoyable. I love Dr. Gilbert. He’s a beautiful person. The actual complete awakening (kundalini) needs no description. It opens all centers, shows us who we are & words can’t describe that joy. Breaking things down into science like descriptions I’ve found helpful for identifying deficiencies and excess in my energy field. For example after experiencing a great trauma, I noticed my solar plexus prana/energy was gaping… so I focused on balancing each chakra to a similar size and energetic force. It did help me greatly. Sacred geometry teachings are really interesting but for those who aren’t inclined to know how the watch was built but just want to know the time of day… That’s fine too. We can all get wherever we want to go in our own way and time 💕

I think going for a walk in nature it grounds me I'm in my head allot so doing this it calms my mind but at the same time it invigorates me it's the free feel good remedy with no side effects .

A benefit of being a BioGeometry student is having tools (& training) to empirically test the results of practices. I tested for gold around my head after the meditation & my horizontal pendulum was in such a strong rotation that I stopped testing to prevent damaging it.
