Hi Courtney, as a new home consultant, are you able to post a video on how to do the calculations on FSR on a white board and help new up and coming New homes sales consultants work out the calculations needed when you have clients in front of you. There is another channel that nearly got there but wasn't that clear. It will help a lot of us new consultants with simple calculations needed to have a good presentation. 😊

You forgot to mention that if one raises the ceiling the kitchen doors above the stove need to be also extended otherwise it looks cheap

Good suggestions but the free standing bathtub is a hazard for anyone who is a bit unsteady on their feet, especially if wet. Very dangerous getting in an out. His and her sinks are too small in this house, even if there are separate vanities. Also, in a luxury home I would always go with a double entry door. Single doors look skimpy no matter how high or wide they are. Fully integrated appliances have been common in Europe for 30 years, nothing special. A luxury home should have a mandatory sink in the WC and also a bidet or his and her WC. It's not a matter of luxury but basic class and hygiene.

New research shows that gas stoves induce asthma and eczema in small children, and you can't stop it since 75% of the leaks are done when the stove is OFF. I love cooking with visible flame but induction for me from now on.

No one is asking how energy efficient the house is. Everyone is focused on the looks rather than the bones , energy efficiency and building with passive house principles.

Also a quick tip!!! If you cut out your sticker labels (completely so you have holes in your paper where the labels would be!!!). Then print it on a standard piece of paper and then use you sticker page with holes overlaid on top to easily see and verify the settings are correct. That way you don't continue to waste sheets of labels!
