Das Beste und Interessanteste überhaupt. Alles Andere zum Thema ist zwar auch angenehm aber altbacken und z. T. langweilig. Bei S. Kermes ist jede Interpretation spannend. Hier besonders, da Konzertmotschnitt! Bravo!

Great to discover a new Counter Tenor, such a unique voice capable of a 3 octave range and changes of timbre with excellent intonation.

Interesting that there is a language needing a female ending to a word like "soprano" ! And was "alto/alt/altus" originally a high male voice ? Braingasm material !!!🙃

¿Por qué en el mundo operístico se ataca tanto a esta cantante?¿Tan poco dotada es? No tendrá una voz potente (ya no vivimos en el siglo XIX, hay micrófonos) pero tiene un timbre muy agradable, es teatral en sus gestos (otras parecen robots en escena)y una sensibilidad musical y emocional que otras cantantes con mayor técnica no poseen. Algunos valoramos esto por encima de una técnica impoluta o una voz espectacular. ¿Cuál es entonces el fallo de esta cantante a la que tanto critican?

she sounded great in the studio version of this but this performance is definitely disappointing… if you listen to the first scale for instance the “come naaaaa” part, she missed quite a few notes on the scale on the second half.

A great singer and artist with an incredible high register and an obvious charism; I only regret that he didn't develop his chest register, which is very important in the baroque esthetic to produce the contrasts of colors and expression. In all historic vocal "traités", we can find the explanations about the major importance, in the building of a voice, of possessing a solid chest register as the basis of the vocal edifice.
