I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT UNDER THIS MANS HANDS AND SO CALLED "CARE", HE KILLED MY MOTHER ALMOST 20 YEARS AGO. MY FAMILY AND I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT MY MOTHER WAS VICTIM #7 AT THAT TIME THAT DIED FROM HIS CARELESSNESS, WRECKLESSNESS, MALPRACTICE, AND NEGLECT TO SAY THE LEAST!!! SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR ANY TYPE OF SURGEON FOR YOURSELF, FRIEND, OR LOVED 1...LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU VALUE YOURS OR THEIR LIFE!!! I DONT KNOW HOW MANY OTHER PATIENTS DIED AFTER MY MOTHER BUT I CAN BET THERE ARE A FEW MORE UNDER HIS DEATH ROSTER. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS MAN SLEEPS @ NIGHT KNOWING ALL THE PATIENTS THAT BECAME VICTIMS UNDER HIS "CARE". THIS MAN ROBBED ME OF MY MOTHER, MY BEST FRIEND, AND FUTURE GRANDMOTHER OF MY CHILDREN. MAY GOD JUDGE YOU WHEN IT IS YOUR TIME 2 TRANSITION AND JUST KNOW GOD DONT LIKE UGLY BC IT HAS BEEN MANY YEARS WITHOUT HER AND WE HAVE NOT FORGOTTON WHAT U HAVE DONE TO US AS A WHOLE AND OUR LIVES HAVE NEVER BEEN THE SAME.

Beware of Dr. Onagan!!!! She will either delay diagnosis/ or miss it altogether. She did with my 2 kids. Don’t let her sweetness fool you. She is phony. She makes kids comfortable as you heard by asking them if Elmo/Dory/Nemo or whatever is in their ear. How about focusing on what the parents concerns are. Instead of trying to find Elmo who you’ve eaten.

Dr Kiefer and his nurse, Sue are the BEST! As a family, we've been going to Dr. Kiefer for years. We miss his original location. It always felt like home.

By far the most unorganized and unprofessional dr and dr office I have ever dealt with. After waiting for an appointment for four months, two days before they let me know it was canceled. I had to take off of work for the first one no biggie he had some type of “training” he had to attend that he probably forgot to put on his calendar. So we reschedule and I get there and he is apparently “leaving”? Being a MSU Alumni myself I don’t know what to think of that and doctors theses days but apparently there were “issues” with the staff and I couldn’t be seen on my second appointment as well.

He is compassionate, skillfully questions one before simply prescribing and he listens for what is 'not said.'

If your ENT doctor suggests turbinate surgery, think twice. Any turbinate procedure can cause Empty Nose Syndrome, which makes you feel like you are suffocating because your damaged nerves cannot feel the air. Even a small procedure can result in this horrible condition. A responsible ENT doctor will tell the patient about this possible outcome so the patient can decide for themselves if the surgery is worth the risk.
