Sorry, but I don't enjoy listening to this young man, he's screaming. Does he understand the lyrics of the song called in a slow tempo. The text written by Lara Fabian is sung adatio and, in my opinion, cannot be matched by anyone.

How many modern 5-member bands have you heard with such exquisite 5-part harmonics? The Pentatonics qualify but the Queen only had 4 members so they fall one voice short, fabulous as they were... Add to that the fact that they ALL were excellent instrumentalists, a couple of them even on a virtuoso level. They certainly don't make them like this anymore...

Pretty sure that this song was written about the artist's struggle with addiction, alcohol in particular. Once I heard that, the lyrics took on another level of meaning.

Thank you Shockwave for sharing this song with us. When I was a young girl back in the 1960's my mom heard this song, and she asked me to remember it and to have it played someday when she was old, and it was her turn to go on to heaven. It seemed like quite a strange request at that time. But she seemed sincere, so I always remembered what she had said. When she passed in 2007 I made sure that the funeral director had this song played. I will never regret having done that. It was the last thing that I could have done for her, and I'm so glad that I did. The beauty of this song is worthy to be played anywhere. 😭
