The dance scene was very uncomfortable to watch since I have autism and was homeschooled most of my life. It's weird, but in a good way. When Cloud said the line, "Nailed it, I know, Thank you, Moving on." I laughed really hard the first time. It's so well done. And the chair scene was awesome as well, even though I am kind of immune to these moments now... thankfully, the chapter is about over. This whole section of the game is weirder and more uncomfortable than I remember... but I can appreciate it for what it is. One more thing... I don't think I can agree with that message, whatever it was... I can't remember. But still, it's probably because I don't know why I'm here in this world. There's nothing I can do than just be stuck at where I am... and do nothing as I grow older and more pathetic...

@StrangeRebelGaming How much of the battle vocalizations was you? Were those difficult to do compared to the storyline lines?

I think our RL Aerith would be great as a Tanker in City of Heroes. Invulnerability maybe? Or Regeneration? No need to react, just stand there while all attacks bounce off her. And all the while thinking about doing flashy-looking attacks. Because she’d have the time to think about it! Yeah I think she’d be a Tanker in CoH. Or would need to be.

This side quest has to be one of the weirdest crap I've ever seen in a video game... I don't remember this one at all! Again, HOW THIS IS THIS GAME T-RATED?!!!!

I was privileged enough to stay blind to all these issues, even approach them with cynical careless thoughts because they felt so heavy I didn't want to see them, acknowledge they existed and people suffer because of them. But as you said, this game made sure I will never forget, I think the views that I often took from my parents' book changed forever. And I was right, it hurts so much. But there is no way I can forget that now. Thank you for the wonderful playthrough and commentary.

Karen had one job this episode, take out her phone and record like all Krens do, and Sean would get a medal instead of jail time. But she chose to be civil and not a Karen in the worst time, which makes her exactly a Karen. True to herself till the end. I do appreciate how much she helps out my sweet innocent baby boys but... sure whatever. Daniel and Sean both can use a mom right now

Hello I just found about your channel through this series because I wanted to watch someone who saw the way I felt playing it (which was pain and lots of cursing) but your insights and comments are a delight. I love how harsh you see Karen’s decision to leave, because many people are too quick to forgive her, and dont even understand Sean’s pain. Anywya I’ll be sure to watch more of it “That wasnt you felt they could move on without you, it was you feeling guilty” TRUE WORDS The eye rolls are everything My comment to the “I dont expect you to believe me Sean.” is: they don’t have to see your side of things at all Karen. because its your choices you made as a free adult, your privileges, are what took away their choices as kids. She’s not the victim here and she better wear a better remorseful face instead of acting angsty and hardcore. UGH

Even Barret played Final Fantasy VII as a child 😅 always sticking it to Shinra! ❤️ It must be beautiful, as somebody who played the game as a kid like i did, being offered the role as voice actor for one of the main characters in a full-fledged remake 🥰 must be a feeling of nostalgia, deja vu and pure ecstasy/bliss all at once 😂 I'm happy you got to experience this, Mr Bentley!! Barret was one of my top fave characters growing up. His back story was one of the most heartbreaking things ever 😢 Barret just couldn't catch a break. Heart bigger than the gun on his arm, just he'd learned to build up a wall as well, it seemed, i think that's why he and Cloud clashed so much, too similar in certain ways. Best of friends by the end of it though. I'd be the sort to be talking to Nanaki all the time out of pure fascination about his race and species and culture his species looks so beautiful and adorable 😍

If you don't get an award or nomination for best actress I will be really shocked. You have so many amazing scenes in this game. I can't think of any other game that has made me cry this year. The character development and narrative is top tier and the emotional scenes hit you right in the heart.

I don't think I have much to say this video... it's just fighting in an arena, and that's it. At least you may have heard all of Aerith's voice lines in combat.

The Hell House personally looks like one of the hardest boss fights in the game! You beat it first try, I'm surprised! I remember people struggling with this one... and that hi five with Cloud and Aerith at the end was well earned!

I really enjoyed this episode because I thought it was a fight to the death arena. I was like shocked and wondering, "How is this legal?!" And I believe that the Madam M cursing scene in the Japanese version is censored, probably because the F-word was in there I think... I don't know.
