No smoke, clean power with DPF and EGR off

We flashed the ECU again with new program nad DPF, EGR off, more power, more torque, less consumption, faster car :) Original power was 224hp and 540Nm on dyno, not 211hp. Now we don't know. Maybe approx 260-270hp, 600Nm

why the esp wasnt pulsing? i have 245/45 r17 michelin primacy 3 and i cant kick down even in 60 km/h because the esp start pulsing sometimes in 80km/h, my friend have an E320 cdi 204 ps and i havent seen the esp on in that car , he have 225/55/16

7 seconds with chip its not such a god acceleration, i have done 2 more test 0-100. one its on youtube and it was for 7 seconds without chip stock 211hp, with new summer tires 245/45 r17, but i dont understand one more thing, i have tried to much times 0-100 but i see it that my car do the best 6.8 seconds, but sometimes it does for 7.5,8.0 and the hightest 8.2 sec how is that possibile? i accelerate always the same i see the gears change in same rpm. i think my car lose her power sometimes?

what injector do we have? whats the difference between our injectors and W212 Bluetec injectors? does it make difference in fuel consumption/accelereation?

Almost 100%. Different injectors, same pump same turbo..

our E300 Bluetec engine is the same with the 2012 E 350 BLUETEC 211hp? so everything its the same?

Yes, all piezo in OM642 from 2005. E300 bluetec has little different than 280/320cdi, same as in 350cdi 231hp models.

What are piezzo injectors? are they in E320 CDi/280 Cdi?

i had wheels like that 16 inch but swapped with 17 inch i dont know the car is comfortable with larger wheels and 245/45 tires. i have airmatic too. where are you original wheels?

No need to keep it, EGR is off in ECU too.

why you will remove the SCR?

minimum average 7.5l/100km + city. Germany constant 200km/h average 9-10l/100km. No smoke (DPF) Soon the particle filter and SCR will be off and new more agresive program will be flashed. Then we wait for smoke (little turbo and intercooler)

so you have tried that this car goes 260 km/h because i have an E300 bluetec too and i havent tested yet...

Top speed is 260km/h limited. Fuel consumption, I don't mind. We don't buy 3.0 v6 for economy, for this E200cdi is better ;) But average 7,5-8,5l/100km mix town + highway.

Big piezo injectors. 60hp/cylinder is no problem. Not enough air to burn it with stock turbo and intercooler.

300-320HP and 700NM are possible only if you replace the turbo or together with the chip? If it is possible only by changing turbo this is outstanding :O

More torque, more power, yes you can feel it. We don' t measured the power on dyno because it' s not the end. We will flash it again with higher boost and fuelling for maybe 270-280hp 600nm? We are limited with the small original intercooler getting hot quickly, and stock turbo. Plans are to put gtb22 turbo from 350cdi 265hp for 300-320hp 700Nm, there is still more than enough fuel available to use ;)
