Hey question: i got a 2008 expedition just ordered the evo all with the free flash from ur website. I ordered the evo all because thats what u used on ur video for the expedition. Though i saw on the fortin website that the evo one is most compatible with my vehicle. Can u confirm that the evo all will work as well? Also, ur website didnt ask me what vehicle i need it to be flashed for... is that something youll reach out to me for? Ive emailed support wirh the information just in case. One more question, can i add on the evo start lte smart phone remote later on to this untit? If yes do u have a video explaining it? Thank you appreciate a response!

Does anyone know where the tach wire goes? Im putting a compustar remote start in... I would of put this one it but the new ones have many new features. Last thing I need to connect is the tach wire. People say I have to tap into the ignition coil. Only problem with that is having to drill to get the new wire ran. Any other ways. Im 90% positive one of those gauge cluster wires are a tach input of some sort for those rpm gauges to move... Any ideas or clues? Thanks!

I wish whoever did the job on my Liberty did work this clean. I have balls of electrical taped wires every where under there. I'm trying to trouble-shoot a broken vehicle speed sensor wire, which supposedly is white with orange.

I have a 2011 rogue, and I’m unable to turn the ignition even with the key inside of it while the car is started. So I basically have to shut the car off then restart it manually. Any advice you can give me on how I can get the ignition to turn over with having to shut the vehicle off, and turn it on manually? TYIA

You, sir, just changed my life. I installed my Fortin Evo 4 years ago and have had this one recurring problem throughout. Sometimes, the truck would start when I only press the lock button twice, which is a problem for me because I like to press the lock button a second time to hear the horn beep and ensure it is locked. Having been car prowled before, this just helps with my peace of mind. Firstly, I did not know that I could turn the truck on by holding the lock button. Way easier. Second and most importantly, I did not know that you can turn the truck off by holding the lock button or pressing it 3 times after the truck is running. My dumb self, for the past 4 years I might add, was accidentally starting the truck at least once per week, then having to return to it, open the door and press the brake to turn it off again. Well, thanks to you, no more of that! Thank you!

great information, going to do an aftermarket alarm and have not done the 2014-15 chevy silverados. basic alarm, no door locks, but good to know if i have to wire thoughs in. are these a straight tap in from an aftermarket alarm? or do i need relays?? basically hooking up the door entry (grey wire ) (-) at the BCM grey plug, horn honk ( brown white (-), parking lights (-) (which i believe are a negative signal at the green/grey wire at the BCM white plug like you mentioned) also read that you have to wire the 12volt (+) constant to the battery?? ignition is purple/black at the BCM green plug.

I installed a remote start on 2004 with grey key and used idatalink alca. J was successful on remote starting it and followed the wiring diagram but i was not able to get door lock and unlock through data like you stated...what am i missing here?
