what if i am not seeing the "Holidays" button on the "Schedules" screen?
You're likely not in the "admin" profile or have "admin" permissions. My standard users don't have access to this, my admins do.
@@JustaGuyFromTexas We have 4 users set up as administrators. I am one of them. None can see this button. We can manage all the other aspects of the schedules, user profiles, credentials, etc.

So far I've not come across any information relating to BEFORE you access the battery in your wireless sensors. Do you call the alarm company first? Exactly what must you do to disable the alarm prior to messing with sensors. Why waste people's time with incomplete information?
Is there any work around to get more then 32 zones out of xt30
This software/app is horrible.
I have many questions. 1- where is the log to see the card/fob/etc actual number to put in? 2- If you add cards with the keypad/tech app/dealer admin, then the user can't see those credentials in virtual keypad. 3- why when you use power other than keypad bus to power 734s they won't communicate? Data is hooked up from kp bus. 4- is there an output for the log to goto a printer? 5- why is everything a security system? 6- why are there 3 different menus in dmp? 7- where is your emergency egress button that physically brakes power to mag? (Not a Rex per nfpa) (system locks and mag won't drop as a rex) 8- wireless is worthless unless afterthought. Or security because it's just security. 9- why do you put a key in the fire panel to lock the keys? You know it's just going to live there. 10- can you have an in and out reader on the same door without added hardware (besides a second reader)? I have many, many, many more questions. Up to 96 BUT MUST have a 734 for each door.
If your chime keeps going off for motion detection you can change the settings by logging into your account to only chime for door openings.

This needs to be updated. You now are prompted at the time of disarming with the option to extend for 2hr 4hr 6hr 8hr when disarming outside of the schedule.

This is a great idea. Not all alarm systems do this. My alarm system is a Honeywell vista 20p. It turns off the siren after 5 to 6 minutes...about the time as a high school class change. However, it will keep a memory of the incident and will beep rapidly. My adoptive sisters had a DSC system and it would put out a "skipping" beep. Either way, it lets you know that it may be safe to enter. All systems are different and use different techniques for warning you that you had an alarm trip during your absence and it may not be safe to enter. But it gets the job done. My adoptive sister has hers set up where the keypad display screen turns red when there was an alarm during her absence. Me, I don't always call the police if I had an alarm activation in my absence. I was with my therapist once and I had a motion detector go off. The siren reset. Keypad beeped rapidly but it said "ALARM MOTION DETECTOR LIVING RM". I just reset the system and didn't worry about. Just one motion...I just simply reset the system and not worry about it. But now, a perimeter zone...door, window, etc, I'm calling the cops. If my keypad says "ALARM MOTION LIVING, ALARM MOTION DINING, ALARM PHOTO BEAM LIVING, ALARM PHOTO BEAM DINING, etc...so multiple motions activated? I'm calling the police if I see multiple motions alarmed. Especially the big one, seeing a broken window upon returning, I'm calling the police if I see a broken window upon returning home. But, just one motion detector alarmed, nobody will care. That is because, most motion detector activations are a dog walking around, cat jumping on furniture, spiders, harmless stuff.

It does. When the alarm goes off, you have to type in your code first, then the cancel/verify buttons will appear.
