Hey Emma! The reason why some spots didn’t come off is because some old residual lacquer remained. To fix this, use lacquer thinner dampened cloth and rub the spots that don’t clean, then repolish😊 I love wenol, gives a beautiful luster to brass.

This video is very well made for Hanon supporters however I read that several professional pianists and teachers find that Hanon exercises can cause stiffness and injury and are totally against the method Plus they there is no information about mr Hanon musical studies and he did not attend the conservatory

I wonder if you could recommend a good, easy, cheap app to transpose music. I'm a soprano, so often find pieces I love that are simply too low for me. I need to transpose both the vocal line and the piano lines. Thank you in advance. I'm on a 2yr old MacBookAir.

Oh this is what I'm struggling most with... No way I can play long notes with the left and whatever other length with the right. As soon as hand #2 starts playing, all is same length. Will try this out. 👍
