Beautiful song that never got the attention it deserved. I’ve always thought this represented the spirit he was shooting for with the “Working on a Dream” album, but Bruce’s happy songs when he’s”at peace” never seem to do quite as well. Thanks for sharing!

Bruce is a little out of his element...John Kay had that sneer, that menacing authority thing...Totally and absolutely overlooked vocalist, and you don't realize how unique he is/was until you hear great artists cover him
though I am totally a Bruce Fan, I must say I agree. This comes not even near to Slade versions, let alone Steppenwolf themselves (nice try, though)
