To be fair, its difficult enough just getting one to despawn. Save scum if using the brightbug glitch. This does still work though. If you get unlucky and despawn the left one. At least you still only have to fight one to get the ring. The left one drops the ring, the right one drops twinkling titanite.

Perfect. As a side note, it doesn't matter which Pursuer you kill, you'll still get the ring. Wikidot says you have to kill the left, but I killed the right one and still got it.
