I'm not sure what you are talking about mate. The bonnet was released from the pull inside the car but not fully open, the secondary stay is what breaks and this is what I have shown how replace.

@@MADL1fe if you want to teach people how to open the bonnet, do it when the bonnet is fully closed (the worst case scenario), I am referring to old Ford Focus models, without the pull inside the car, that stupid system with car key used to open the bonnet, in 2 steps. Cheers !

I share the things I have had to find a solution for on the vehicle I'm working on @romulusmilea2747 , if I can find an easy to do solution, I share it. I've not worked on the focus bonnet release, but I do know the part you are talking about.
