Enjoyed your video with David Brier. Just wanted to give you some positive feedback and tell you I really liked the video. I took some notes and wrote down the gems from the interview, like ""Tell me why I should give a damn about what you are pitching", "Find our differentiator", "value needs to be established in a way that differentiates me", "people demand differences", "Branding is the art of differentiation", "no one has that lane", "deflect against common things", "reward customers with the unexpected". My quotes may be off a little but good stuff nonetheless. Everything in the video sums up 2 books I read recently in the subject matter, but this added that "differentiation" theme that was missing. Great interview! Now, I'll buy the book for more gems! I also strongly recommend Walker Kreative and I thank you for the great content."

That makes good sense. I've seen business owner replies to bad reviews that are defensive of the negative review. This kind of response makes me shy away from the company, not wanting to use its services.
