Would you consider doing a follow-up one (series) with more tips on how to use a 450 and maybe advice on what temps/times to use for different meats?

We had trees go down (snapped off) on both sides of the house and none even scratched the house. We only lost 3 single tabs on the back of the house. I pushed the greenhouse debris out from in front of the truck and just drove it out from under the tree. Zero damage to the truck unless it got some scratches that I would never notice because it’s 25 years old and never sheltered.

I had a stroke in May 2020 and a graadually regaining some of my strength. I still have difficulty with my left arm and let leg but comparitively, I'm doing well. at one time, Lowe's stopped our military discount on purchases then reinstated the discount BUT no discount on lumber or big appliances. I don't kniw if that's what all Lowe's did but they put the srews to our local Lowe's. This is a big military town and Lowe's was just asking for trouble. I'd say 90% to 99% of Lowe's customers are military or military dependents so that was a dumb move from Lowe's. When Lowe's started their BS, I changed my purchases to Home Depot. I hope you're able to get about without too much difficulty. Take are of yourself and we'll see you on your next one. 👍🏽🤠 8/2/23

As for Lowe's. My Lowe's has not put a exemption on anything yet. They did stop allowing me to get my military discount and use my ag tax exemption at the same time. I told them that was stupid as the tax is not their money but the states. Now Ho-me De-pot has put a $400.00 per year limit for mil discount. Anyway, if Lowe's will not let me use my military discount come time to by the zero turn if I can ever afford it, I will just wait until Husqvarna puts them on sale as that is usually more than 10% discount.

That’s ok as I rarely ever leave the farm with it. I think I have only put about 300 miles on it in the last 8 years. Now it’s time for total rebuild of the back, excluding drums, new pads on the front and a new master cylinder. Then what ever else I find.

Thanks for the video. I wasn't quite sure that my instincts were correct. I know how our Soul was damaged and suspected a bearing and/or a CV axle was the cause of the exact droning, rhythmic sound coming from the front right area of the vehicle. I say I was a bit unsure because CV axles usually produce a clicking, grinding noise. What you described is exactly the same noise that I've encountered here on our Kia Soul. I'm just about your age and have been wrenching most of my life on and off. Like you I have also encountered some severe health issues (I've actually died on half a dozen occasions) and I, therefore, tend to second guess myself now when I shouldn't. My Soul had 132000+ on it at the time and the one I bought came out of a rear ended totaled Soul with only 34000 miles on it. I still have the original transmission that I could rebuild if I felt like it. I have the full manual on the car so I guess I could look at how it comes apart. If we’re you, I would first pull the cv axles out of the front wheel hubs and check the front bearings. You can then spin and feel the cv joints to see if there is any play or rough feeling. If so then replace them. I would replace them anyway as they are not that much from RockAuto. Then if you decide to replace the trans check on Automotix. @@PoorMansDIY thank you, I'm a fan of Tractor Supply and I thought your "Will it Start" was funny. Good way to start a video. I always thought that the ones that does these videos probably already had it running or they wouldn't do the Will it Start. Haha made me laugh.

Hi Poor Man, i accidently deleted your comment you made to my channel on the bucket level indicator, just wanted to say sorry about that. How are you liking your 1526? my 2555 i have had for 5 years and about 475 hours and i am very pleased with it. Also, I have been seeing alot of videos about the drought in Texas, hope things improve by you.

Honestly I can’t remember what I said in that comment. My 1526 is still going strong. I do not have as many hours on mine as you have on yours though. As for unusual weather, the last two years we have had hail storms in late March early April which wiped our plants out and then less than normal rain. This is just part of the earths normal cycle. We have had La Ninja the last two years and they say it may stick around for a third year. We have had temps over 100 that started early this year. Normally we only get that in August. The wife and I have decided to just do fall gardens for now and only grow okra and melons in the spring/summer.

I like that barn/shed. I've been wanting to get one like it put in behind me house. I wouldn't use Fram oil filters though. I saw some testing results on them that showed they had the greatest "leak around" on the inside that bypasses the filter medium.

Most all oil filters are made by the same company. I cut open the Mahindra filter and compared it to the Fram. Exactly the same. You could also use a WIX 51356 .

Also, our Strategic Oil Reserves are being sent overseas.

Mister did you hear about a train company called Pilot getting required to cut their transportation down 26%? That will limit the transport of DEF fluid which will make trucks make after 2010 obsolete because they can't run without it. Not all of them but some of them. On top of the diesel prices. If they have to mix that in with the diesel and they limit how much of that gas companies can get that's the real cause of the shortage. And it's gonna get worse because this here is in the process of kicking off. I saw the meeting about it yesterday.
