Thank you!
, sir I am a subscriber of your channel and I see that your many thumbnail is not proper well optimiseed, so I am a thumbnail editor I edit thumbnails with years of experience and I show you some examples of my thumbnail, if you interested to give me a chance to correct your thumbnail , you will be highly benefited.
You nailed on the head sir. 👏👏
I'm so glad this popped up on my home page! I can't believe I didn't have the bell notification on, I'm gonna let it play through so I don't mess up the ctr, but this is going on my playlist for tomorrow to listen to at work! looking forward to seeing what you can do with 33 mins!
Really appreciate it, let me know what you think and what more I can add/go into detail on more!
@@tommovision I loved it, lots of value told in your own unique style / voice, I liked the different sections they kept me hooked by wondering what subject you'll focus on next. When it ended i actually said to myself oh wait thats it ? I thought this video was 30 mins that felt like 15! Delivered value right to the very end and had me wanting more, good stuff!
@@LurkingProvidence really appreciate it thank you!
Haha I gasped when I saw my face on the screen! Thank you SO much for your feedback, super super helpful! Will definitely adjust from here 😄
😆 all the best for the channel!

How do you bear it when you spend 25 hours on a video and it only gets 250 views? Seriously, I am curious. It is so demoralizing. :-(
The videos I've made have already changed my life lol. New clients, new business - you don't need 50k views a video for success. It's 250 now but I'm a growing channel, these uploads are all a growing bank for future viewers to binge watch.
@@tommovision Thank you for that reminder. You are so right and I needed that positivity.
@@IversusAI Focus on the value you're providing and don't worry about the numbers at first!
what is the name of the soundtrack you used when talking about pacing?
How much time it took to edit this video?
Too much time 💀 and it's not even up to my usual standard lol. Probably about 25 hours. Scripting also took a really long time.
Keep up the good work!! that's a great start!! ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
Thank you for the feedback! :D
You're welcome! All the best for the channel 💪💪

i love everything especially the editing, luv ur content
👊 thanks for watching!
Big video, curious

Great stuff brother
👊 thank you!
Never have I clicked so fast😭, and then I see holy shit 30 mins, like there is gonna be some crazy learnings😂
Bro editing took me forever 🤣 gonna be a while before I do another like this lool
I literally did the exact same thing
Your video pacing is good
WHO TF DOESN'T KNOW THESE?!
Hey, how long did it take you to edit this video and what kind of timeframe do you give yourself to edit your personal videos? I just spent 3 weeks editing a 10min vid to really polish it and while it's an edit I'm really proud of, unless it lines me up an editing job or miraculously blows up, I feel like I could or should have spent that time making more videos. Thanks!
My vids tend to take between 10 to 15 hours or so to edit (not counting scripting filming etc). I think it's always better to focus on quality over quantity, but if you really want to succeed at CZcams you need to build a good bank of videos when you're starting new (posting at least once every two weeks, ideally once a week).
@@tommovision Gotcha thanks for the reply! I'm going to aim for weekly uploads and try not to go overkill on my edits, so they don't take so long. If you got time, I just posted the video I was working on and would love some feedback.
I hate CZcams for not showing me this channel earlier. I not even kidding when I say you are helping more than anybody else in a small time video
Thank you! Really trying to pack as much valuable, practical info into a vid as possible lol
Thanks sir, you are helpful and funny!
👊👊👊
The structure behind your uploads are amazing
Thank you!
Just found your channel and I'm really enjoying your content! Thank you for providing this information in such a way that highlights the main points and doesn't drag on forever.
Want to make it as practical as possible with no bs 🤣 thank you!
Great info! You mentioned niche quite a bit - could you please make a video on HOW TO FIND YOUR NICHE? I know the content I consume and enjoy - as well as the content I enjoy creating (and I know the overlap between them, since a lot of content I consume, I'd love to create - and some I enjoy watching but wouldn't create similar styles). I NEED a step by step process pleaseee TY :)
Just an FYI - content creators I enjoy watching (and or want to create similar to) would be: Ryan Trahan, Colt Kirwan, Finn Whitaker, Colin and Samir, VidiQ, The Editing Podcast, DanTDM... (and many others that I cant really think of rn lol).
That's a crazy mix of niches 😆 my advice is choose one direction that's ideally not entertainment and start making videos for that. You always want to model what works but if one video is like Ryan Trahan storytelling, but another is an editing video your channel won't grow because your audience will be confused. I've got a whole video on this coming within the next week or two I'll be going deep.
@@tommovision yesss excited for it! Thank you for the advice, funnily enough tho - the video editing ones were more consumed rather than create. If you look at my channel - I’d say I much prefer the “relationship based creator” vs “idea based creators” as Colin and Samir put it. From the CZcams channels I listed, I’d say the first three would be much closer to my style than the others (although they’d likely have some effect on my style). I think that’s what makes finding a niche so hard - most of them are sort of in the lifestyle/entertainment niche which is confusing and broad sometimes
@@abdussalam_khan go 100% on storytelling. From a quick look it seems some of your content is targeting a young Muslim audience, whereas others I have no idea (such as football one and plastics). It'd be best to create more story with your titles and thumbnails for eg. Fajr at the Haram maybe you could've found 5 different beautiful spaces to pray (in different parts of the Haram) and took the viewers on a journey finding your favourite spots to pray in (maybe considering views of the Kaaba or other factors). The video is still about praying fajr at the Haram but it's packaged in more of a storytelling format. Then you have a setup for a title like "The 5 Most Peaceful Spots to Pray in The Haram" (with text on thumbnail being WAKE UP 4:36AM) or "I Found The Most Beautiful Spot to Pray in The Haram". Then intertwine your journey with spiritual reflections you're having after your salah before moving onto the next "spot". "An Umrah Vlog in 2021" doesn't have any pull for people who don't know you and doesn't create curiosity to click. Remember that cold viewers don't care about you and the only way you suck people in is with story! Hope that helps lol
@@tommovision Bro. Appreciate you man - you giving some real advice. Love it, tysm! I completely and 100% agree - I learnt much later that cold viewers and people that don't know me won't care about something specifically linked to me right away. I need to find something broad enough (and somewhat in a niche) that gives someone a reason to click. Only really realised that properly a while after uploading some of those videos - so the channel as it stands isn't a great representation tbh lol. Dude, I'd love to talk further - all this CZcams stuff is something I'm SUPER interested in (ctrs, retention, watch time, rpms...). Really appreciate your detailed reply. It's one of those things where you know it but need to hear it from someone else. Also you articulated it well in a way I'd struggle with. Legend

SO WELL EDITED
Just flexing on the fact that I've subbed at 2k. You are so blowing up soon!
The amount of things that are going to speed up editing is insane. Thanks and keep up the amazing work!
How do you find video to edit that has a narrative through line? I want to practice and build but no video to practice on
What do you mean by narrative through line?
@@tommovision A video about getting a dog or building a toy rocket. Verses a lofi video or only having B-Roll of mowing a lawn so the person just plays it at 200 speed with a voice over haha. Am I right to assume if you don't have A-Roll to edit just... make your own?
@@karmaloe2688 The key question is always is this actual interesting content that people will watch - like what's the value it's offering people. That's all. There are some very simple edits out there that get hundreds of thousands of views.
Not to add a layer to a tall cake but I can see you doing well with a sub system (ie Patreon) allowing people to book your time on a mentor level.
Just added bookable coaching calls to my website, probably won't go down the patreon route though 😆
3:18 black magic… design. davinci resolve hardly ever crashes on me.
For the love of god don't listen to this guy when it comes to using video game music. You are not protected and companies claim and strike down videos all the time for this. Stick to using resources like epidemic sound where you are protected by this type of thing. I've seen entire channels go down because of this. Companies like Nintendo claim they won't go after channels, but that could change at any time and there's nothing binding them to keep their word.
Nice video!
omg thank you
Hey what do I do when I’m halfway done with a video, but premiere pro has starting running slowly and when I click “export” it tells me the video is currently 18gbs? 🌝
Press enter key to render parts of the video running slowly, as for export settings just CZcams a couple videos on exporting possibly your bitrate settings might be too high.
@@tommovision thanks for replying. It’s not parts of the video, it’s more like a delay when I try to move an object. Even if it’s just a few pixels or halfway across the screen, it takes a few seconds to load. But I found out that if I just create new sequences and work in those, it works a lot better.
@@PokeStatsStudios How beefy is your pc lol
@@tommovision good question! It’s a MacBook Pro, 32gb memory. It’s technically my work computer, but there you go.

Great quality content
Thank you 🙏
that's a lav mic, friend-o, not a hand held. you literally could just set it on the desk in front of you and it will be just as efficient w/o the silly visual of you holding it up to your face. really hard to take audio advice from someone who doesn't understand basic gear applications.
holding a microphone rather than having it on a stand or your body is a technique comedians / singers / presenters have done for decades because people naturally don't know what to do with their hands and it's less awkward "basic gear application" stop being annoying lmao
@@Zinjo my guy understands haha. Ryan Trahan even does this in his videos plus the audio does actually sound better closer up (and my channel is supposed to be a bit silly)
@@Zinjo you find me an example of a comedian, singer or presenter holding a lav mic up to their face in a professional capacity. Not some bullshit CZcams on the street content but an actual professional production. You can't do it bc professionals don't use lav mics as handhelds. And if the excuse is "my hands" that's a public speaking issue w the presenter, not a gear issue.
@@strangebirdfilmswho hurt you brother? why waste your energy hating? for somebody so hell-bent on efficiency you seem to waste a lot of time in CZcams comments. let people be. there's no innovation without pushing the boundaries of what is normal and societally accepted. anyway, sending love and hugs. you need it x
@@stiofan1411 This person has a youtube channel that specifically covers audio advice for film, while misusing a piece of audio gear ON FILM. The lav thing may not bother you but it is- objectively- misuse of audio equipment in a video about getting better audio. I am giving this person specific feedback that this misuse visually undermines the expertise of their advice.
Love the video bro
