Its cracked friend. So replaced with new parts
You shouldn't be able to twist it 45 degrees with all the strength in your fingers
Loosen the tensioner bolts, then tighten it back down - hopefully with a new timing belt. Either way that motor is going to jump time with a belt that loose.

I own dt175 2005 year. In my country i cant find dt parts, what kind of another yamaha models clutch parts fit to dt model?
Unfortunately i didnt check that because we have dt parts in here. So there is nothing to worry about alternative parts. Sorry.

For rebuild the pump? It doesnt matter which model or year.. just disassemble it. You can see the seal and bearing numbers and buy them..

Its better you can mark it. However if all fins are same size, ( after checking through micrometer , vernier caliper) its doesent matter the slot number.

Naw it’s air in the system need to remove the heater holes and flush the system and the heat will work better also 😮😅😅😮
Gaskets already gone. And heater lines blanked many years ago..

Could be exhaust gasses from a HG or it could be air bleeding out of a freshly filled system. If it’s my rig I am running a hydrocarbon test

If you are burping the coolent good. if your system is sucking air no good

The air will be from the over flow, I’ve used this method to bleed rads many times, the rest of the water will slowly fill the over flow and bubble while doing it
Over flow has spilled out with 118°c . Cause is blown gasket. Its replaced
Needs antifreeze to keep from boiling out

Bro the fins you placed, where was its rounded edge pointing and where was flat edge pointing
Flat edges inside - round edges out side . Just imagine centrifugal force. If the flat edge faced out side , the outer ring may damage.
