I went to an rc drag race event in Niagara falls. I decided to film and race in this event. there are no videos of my races but I finished 4th in outlaw class.

oh how I missed rc'ing! it's been a long time since any of my trucks have hit the trails. this time out I brought my gmade with blazer body. my traxxas trx4 also makes an appearance on tractor tires!. I met up with the group at our usual location.

I want one of these sleds so bad. I have a trx6 thats about 15lbs now. The goal is 20lbs and have it strictly as a sled pulling truck
These sleds can be hard to come by. They are out there but can be pricey. A trx6 would be a beast for sled pulling. They have a class for big rig sled pullers. They are cool too
@savagemt2 Fortunately price isn't an issue. It's a matter of finding one. I love my trx6 I've put the thing through hell and back and somehow it's still going!
@@TinkHerBell I miss getting out with my crawlers. It's been 2 years. I've been hooked on rc no prep. I have like 4 crawlers, 3 sled pullers, 3 drag cars to name a few lol.
Absolutely! My man and I have a decent collection going. It's a blast, everyone you meet that's into RC's is super awesome and friendly. Getting outside and crawling is a blast!
where can i get 1 of those long bed truck bodies from?
Parma used to make those puller truck bodies. The Chevy body was part number 10301 and the Ford body was part number 10336. They show up on "that online auction site" from time to time.
I have my RC phone by 18-wheeler wash away p plus my mini rod plus my sportsman truck

We will be trying to get it going again in Ontario Canada. In the states rc pulling is still really big. This event was in Ohio. They have 2 really big events a year

Yeah the racing was good. The event was run very smooth and quick. I was afraid of hitting that ramp. Crazy the car drove away after that. That was the losi drag car that hit it. Hope you get your car out soon.

Yes that is so true. No matter how good the tires are, temperature plays a big roll on how they work. Thanks for the comment! The red trx4 sport is mine. When I drive I tend to watch through the cell phone, which can cause some mistakes when trying to pick a line. All in good fun tho

Those long trucks don't seem to do as well as the stubby monster trucks
The long trucks are sportsman trucks. Each class pulls different amount of weight. I think we had 70 pounds or more in the bucket
There must be a lot of metal parts inside those trucks cause 70lbs seems quite heavy for an rc car to handle
@@br6768 my sportsman is direct drive. No transmission. Everything is metal/aluminum. They had an "insane class" which was a run what you brung type truck and they were pulling 95 pounds from what the winner told me. It was powered by a chainsaw engine
@@br6768 i plan on doing features of my rcs throughout the winter. Keep an eye on the channel for them.
@@savagemt2 Ohhh ya I hear a chainsaw motor or two now that you mention it but Hell ya man. That shit looks fun af. I had a Nitro Rustler (a loong time ago).. thats about the extent of my knowledge as far as rc cars go lol. I think I'd prob be more into like the tweaking of stuff at home. Stress test/destructive testing, custom lathe stuff would be cool.

It was a quick trail run. I definitely missed getting out on the trails. I have 4 trail trucks and I always go back to the ascender. One of my all time favorite rcs. Next time I might leave it home and bring something else. Can't wait to get out again.

I see it says Ohio in the description but I was wondering where at in Ohio and what is the name of the group or club that does this? I pull garden tractors and have some rc's too. I would love to come and watch.
1022 Videos if you are on facebook join the group nr/ctpa national radio control truck pulling association. They post pretty much every event in the states. Makintraxx rc club on facebook is another group. They are located in rush new york. This event in the video is in montpelier, ohio. I cant wait for the border to open so i can get down there.
