I’m a resident of NYCs most expensive neighborhood aka Tribeca. What she forgot to mention is the income which is $900,000 a typical apartment goes for $5,000,000 & the most expensive one went for as high as $130,000,000. There’s Zero crime here as well. And everything is walkable. There’s shopping at both the World Trade Center mall & Brookfield place which has a boating dock for yachts & sailing cruises. As well as a 7 mile park along with bike path. And yes endless subway access too. There’s community centers for families & a free bus that will take you around downtown right outside Whole Foods.
