This road is closed from October through May. So are several other mountain pass roads in Norway and Sweden. Keeping them open would be impossible. The locals are fully aware of it, but tourists don't have have the same level of understanding. Imagine the whingeing if the road wouldn't be opened in time.

Hi, I have not connected F1 and F2 to the Alexmos bord. That's just for the alxmos controller to get extra correction data form the Naza. I have connected ch. 8 from Rx to Rc-Pitch port on the alexmos board so I can adjust the pitch on the gimbal from my radio.
I have changed the motors to Tiger Motor MT-4006-13 740kv. With the gimbal and 4S 4000 mAh battery the QAV got a bit to heavy for the NX-4008. The Tiger motors are a bit more expensive, but also more powerful and have higher kv.

how do u like the nx-4008?
My alexmos setup is: Roll: P=10 I=0.2 D=10 power = 130 Pitch: P=10 I=0.01 D=10 power = 90 My Roll can´t work at right curves if power less than 130. My Pitch is oscilating if I is higher than 0.01. Tks a lot. Mzz
Edit: Pitch I=0,11 and not 0,16

The setup on my QAV500 is: Tiger Motor MT-4006-13 740kv, Tiger 10x4.5 Carbon Fiber Props, Lumenier 30 amp ESC and 5000mAh 4S lipo. Dji Wookong with basic gains at 60, 80, 50 and 160. Atti gains at 80, 80. Home made gimbal with alexmos brushless gimbal controller.

Hi, I have not connected the alexmos to the naza. I have connected one channel form the rx to the alexmos controller so I can adjust the pitch on the gimbal from my tx. If you don't want to adjust the pitch, you only need to connect the motors to the alexmos, load the firmware and dial in the PID.
Gode greier, har nettopp mottatt en qav500 og venter på fatshark attitude.Qav flyr glimrande! Gopro`en e sendt til psdata for andre gang etter at den slutta å motta lading. gleder meg til å komme igang med fpv og filming :-)
Dette er filma med QAV500 og Gorpo 3, men uten alexmos gimbal-kontroller.

I'm not sure about the gimbal weight, but i think it's about 150g with motors. I'm using almost the same PID setting as Fabien's guide at rcgroups.com, so I did not work so hard on the settings,
