“Because some roads you shouldn’t go down. Because maps used to say, “There be dragons here.“ Now they don’t. But that don’t mean the dragons aren’t there.”
Nah, the minute he beat all those guys and it turned into a 1v1, I’d have just walked away because apparently like 5 guys couldn’t take out this one dude, time to come back with like 15-20😂
I like Taylor aka Asia. Larry. Well. On. Paper. He does work for. Blackrock. But let’s be real. He’s not in charge Thu. He deserves jail. But. He’s out. Taylor. Always had a spark 🔥 about here. I seen it
young ned start doens't look anything like the old ned stark which is why this scene wasn't that powerful i think. this was the first time i kind of lost it with the show.
How did they get the detail of Oswell Whent sharpening his sword, but not having Gerald Hightower there, and having The sword of the morning using TWO swords.
No.1 fight in A Song of Ice and Fire history. The only fight that can top this one is the 'Rogue Prince' Deamon Targeryan and Caraxes the Blood Wyrm vs. Aemond 'One-eyed' Targeryan and Vhagar in the Battle above the God's Eye.
Say what you want about Aerys Targeryan. The man had the greatest Kingsguard of all time. The Sword of the Morning, the White Bull, Barristen Selmy, just to name a few. If they stayed in Kings Landing during its sacking, Jamie would've been killed, Aerys would still be breathing, Tywin would've been executed, the Lannister army would've failed, Viserys and Deanearys wouldn't fled from Kings landing with Rhaella, and Elia Martell and her children would still be alive with the Mountain killed by Arthur of Gerold.
I can see the pretext of Jamie's and Ned's fight here. Ser Dayn is stabbed in the back just like Ned was. He looks up and sees Ned in disbelief just the way Ned does to Jamie. Both Ned and Jamie are not happy to see the way their adversery fall to ground.
I just realized, when it finally becomes a 1v1 between Ser Arthur and Ned, Arthur adjusts his stance and then mimicks Neds movement. Ned swings his sword around and gets set first with Arthur getting set half a second after him. Arthurs right sword doesn't move, this shows that if Arthur had really wanted to kill Ned he could have done it at any time. I don't think Arhurs intention was to kill Ned, I think he wanted to subdue Ned and explain what had really happened with his sister. Neds rage and Howland Reeds intervention prevented Arthur from completing the task that was given to him by Reaghar.
Got memories of the sword experts saying this scene wasnt realistic?. Also that this fight wasnt like in the books with drama in the air and all that medival stuff. CZcams was fill of buffons in those days xD
The amount of people that fight in melee with a 1handed sword no shield and no helmet is staggering ... that shit always bothered me because its so stupid
Why would Dayne wish Ned good fortune in the wars to come? Did he really want to kill Ned? 🤔
probably bcuz Dayne knew that his side lost the war, and the Lord Stark was cleaning up the remainder of the Targayen forces
Good scene but I wish they spent an extra couple minutes to include more of the dialogue from the book. Keep it 7 vs 3 and introduce everyone there.
I hate Martin. He screwed up what could have been the best series ever.
hello Sir . Can we see the robbert barathen rebellion in house of the dragon web series ....?
Actually the case is ned stark lost arthur dayne won. Stabbed in the back by coward who was far out of war zone
Miyamoto Musashi would have been honored
How did he magically sheath his sword he stabbed in the dirt?
Impressive Swordsmanship👏👏👏
Back when the King's guard were of some use.
Does howland reed survive this fight? Cause if not then mira should be older than John and she doesn’t look like it in the show
Eddard: "Noh."
Why are they even fighting here? There’s no point. Why wouldn’t they just let him see his sister?
Nah, the minute he beat all those guys and it turned into a 1v1, I’d have just walked away because apparently like 5 guys couldn’t take out this one dude, time to come back with like 15-20😂
Who was the man that backstabbed arthur dayne
Son of the Morning
The other guy with sir dayne died easily 🥴

Master Jedi Arther Dayne
Yoooooooo I just realized Young Ned Stark is ROB from the Netflix show Behind Her Eyes !!!! DAMN!!!
How did they get the detail of Oswell Whent sharpening his sword, but not having Gerald Hightower there, and having The sword of the morning using TWO swords.
How did Ned wield Ice with one hand?
Arthur Dayne lost because he was true to his word by wishing ned stark good fortune
And that's why you confirm your kill
this isnt 60fps
Souka,, ,
If the rest of the Aery's Kings Guard were at Trident with Rhaegar, I doubt Robert will win at Trident.
Good fortune is what save Ned that day.
I wish GRM would do a Robert's rebellion story, just so we can see young Ned & Rob

ez
The chad "woe to the usurper if we had been" vs the virgin "your friend the usurper would lie blah blah blah".

Rule #2: Double Tap
Remember when GOT was amazing? Yesh, good times
I don't blame Ned, Arthur was OP
One day this will be ME and My Daughter ONLY. Anyone else is a short visit guest on SURVEILLANCE

If they will show Ser Arthur Dayne in Hotd I hope it’ll be the same actor.
Arthur Dayne had Ned beat, but all is fair in love and war...... smh
Whyyy arent they together?

Sir arthur dayne is a beast
Why do only half of them have a shields
Üst düzey canavar kılıç ustası yenilmez Arthura daha çok sahne verilemeliydi
If they stayed on their horses they would’ve been able to kill those 2 easily
Ned felt so bad about the dishonorable loss you could tell
Jamie really believed that Ned defeated Dayne. 1 on 1.
