Hi, In the premium version, we offer a separate document type "credit note" for issuing refunds, which is not available in the free version. Refunded amounts are displayed within the invoice document in the free version, but not in the premium version. Please use the credit note document for issuing refunds.

Hi, The plugin indeed supports both sandbox and live modes. You can switch between these modes using the Environment dropdown option under the PayPal Credentials section. Please make sure that you provide the live credentials on the live mode fields only.

Hi, Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide discounts based on the total amount of the past order. You can, however, use the Purchase history feature of the plugin to provide a 25% off on the next purchase. That is if the buyer complete a purchase they will be eligible for a 25% discount coupon. They can use it on their next purchase and the 25% of that order will be deducted.
