I built a mandrel bender for just a few thousand dollars, that’s a neat machine though. I could bend thin wall up to inch and quarter.

I just ordered the work plate for the no 16 but will replace those slotted counter sunk screws with hex heads.

Old toolmakers tip, used pantyhose. Laundered of course for aligning clearance between punch and die. You may have to fold it .

50ton for a hand jack press is pretty darn good. Looks like it runs really smooth.

I have cut Joints in Round Material, such as Steel Pipe, and steel round tubing since high school and now I am 72.. I have always used Oxy-Acetylene cutting torch. I am CURIOUS how many joints can you cut before he Hole saw in RUINED or "dull". I have used a LOT of hole saws on Electrical Boxes etc. My hole saws get too dull to use QUICKLY. I have TRIED to sharpen them, but they do not sharpen worth a damn. What is the trick to making them LAST??? They are NOT CHEAP EITHER.

I’ve been cutting 8” round holes in stainless cages for a shelter. Nibbles constantly hangs up, tried tilting backing off, no good. Any trick to keeping it moving in a circular movement?

Can you show how to use this with a tube that has been CNC notched first and has programmed bends?

This is exactly what I need for my fabrication job. Is there anyone in Phoenix Arizona that purchased one of your tools? I have a flatbed project with rounded corners. I'm fabricating a skirted portion below the flatbed. As a result I need to bend sheetmetal 27" wide around a 2.5" radius. If you have any suggestions on how I can make this happen please let me know. Flatness of .025” per foot is not very good! Is that an accurate quote? I may have to reconsider Fireball Tool if that’s true.
