I must be the betta whisperer because I didn’t have to do half of these steps. I got lucky because I had to separate one of my females and I put her in a tank with one of my males. They mated within a day and without a bubble nest. She also was the one enticing him to mate!

Picked up some bettas yesterday never had them before. The guys didn’t change aesthetically but the girls did. One of them is albino and the other one I thought was the same as one of the males, but she’s actually turquoise. She went from being a white yellow color to turquoise.
