What is the difference between this house and a trailer home?
This is something that you would likely have delivered and not move it. But it is technically still an RV.
When I try to light the pilot it blows the big fire from the big tube but does not light the little pilot thing next to it so it won't stay on when I let go of the button. Is there an easy fix to this? Maybe I'm doing it wrong I have never tried to light one of these before
Usually this happens when the burner tube is dirty. Insects like to build nests in there, so if you blow the burner tube out with compressed air it may correct your issue.

Just for the record, I bought a 2016 Jayco Jay feather 7 16XRB (in 2018, so 2 years old) from an authorized Jayco dealer for $12,900. It is very similar to this one..... $11,995 is REDICULOUS!!!!!
