Full audio and video of the tour of the Joseph Jenkins Roberts statute in Monrovia. The guys giving the tour have been told to do so by the Ministry of Information. They were promised a steady salary but so far have not yet been paid. The last time I visited the monument it was not this well kept. They are doing an incredible job of it.

Beautiful countryside area. Got a car while in Puerto Rico and spent a whole day circumventing the island. Highly recommend doing this instead of spending your entire time in San Juan. Mountains were definitely sketchy driving though since the roads were pretty small and on the cliff edges yet every drove at normal speeds.

Hello! Traveling there in a week but having issues getting a Visa. Did you have to show proof of a Liberian visa prior to departure?
sorry about the late response. Yes you do. Usually they'll ask you at the airport here in the US. Depending on where you are in the country it can be a real hassle.
