In a single Program (A, B, or C), all start times must use the same run times, so if you want different run times for a certain time of day, that is when a different program would be helpful. (For example, after reseeding, I water briefly at 8:00am and noon, but at 4:00pm, I would like slightly longer run times because it won’t run again until the following morning. I need Program A for the first two cycles, and Program B for the third, longer, cycle).

Thank you, we had the same thing happen with ours and now I know how to remove the shelf and clean it. Thank you so very much. I think if we weren't selling ours I would clean it and put the glass back on but I'd leave all the clips off... the glass sets down into place so to me it'd just be easier to clean any given time by leaving the clips off.
