In 1973 I was a junior in high school. I was 16, now 67! I'd only had the House's album about a couple months! I saw this performance from high above in the cheap seats but at least I was in the center, not off to one side. What I remember most was TSRTS and this song. It's lived in my memory ever since and will never fade. Only time in my life I've ever seen 4 masters on stage together. It'll Never happen again!! Saw them again in 75 and 3 times in 77. This performance was the best indeed!!!!

Odd 51 years have passed on and like a thief in the night does his work so it did with time itself!! Now at 62 and seeing so much of the world then and now especially now with the world in Turmoil I look back at this moment from when I was almost 13 and wonder in amazement as I see kids my age and back then the drastic change in them They are almost shells with no insides no happiness no laughter or living the most out of life they are filled with things I would have thought someone of their age in my time would have been either CRAZY OR FILLED WITH SO MUCH ANGER AND HATE NO ONE WOULD HAVE WANTED TO BE NEXT TO ANY OF THEM!!! “UPON A SWORD 🗡️ A LITTLE RAIN 🌧️ MUST FALL” the sword is each one of us who stands tall with pride and hope! The rain is the trials and tribulations we all must pass and some with tears not all at once but over time itself yes with each amount of rain we will rust!! But we stood tall strong and sharp!! Even after 51 years!! How sad is it seeing and knowing that this Generation will rust and become dull before they should!! I can only hope and pray that this is only a small group but so many of them have no imagination or go ahead and take a risk!! We truly lived in a WONDERFUL TIME AND WE HAD NO IDEA IT WOULD END ESPECIALLY THE WAY IT HAS TODAY!!!

I listened to a lot of rock bands. I know very well all the most important albums in the history of such giants as Pink Floyd, Yes, Rush, King Crimson, etc., but I consider lead balloon to be the best. The only band, apart from jazz and classical music, whose music is not boring and is so demanding and complex that I can listen to it almost endlessly.

This is great to visit. The first time I saw page plant after Led Zeppelin I felt the theatrical experience they displayed was so beautiful as artists that it was an experience no other band of their nature could have ever accomplished especially for a so called hard rock band. Robert Plant still had the skill to do so with his solo career with certain songs that always kept you coming back looking for that one song on his next album. They learned how to be great with all that practice that payed off. 50 years later and still going!
