Aren't boxers supposed to protect their face with their gloves/fists, I mean Tyson was probably the greatest and he had incredible defence.. Ali was great at dodging.. which also is missing in most Rocky movies. The directors get so carried away with drama and emotion that they forget to focus on the basics of the sport. Legendary series but could have been more realistic with the drama and stuff.
